Greetings, Agents!
The Gaian plot is thickening, and it has been quite a long time since many of you have had to crack any codes. In fact, I would bet the majority of our active agents have very little experience with code cracking, and the rest of us veteran agents are, well, a little rusty.
So, I propose sort of a contest.
I will post something in a complicated code, and you guys can take a crack at it.
This is good practice. Back in the day many of the Zurg would post in code and we would have to decipher what they were saying. It's a good way to keep our minds keen in case Gaia decides to drop any encoded clues.
Plus, I think this is fun.
To make things a little more interesting, I'll give the person to correctly crack the code a little something for his/her trouble. Some kind of prize.
Remember, something that looks easy might be more complicated than you think.
Good luck, Agents.

...I've tried so many different combinations. I did those numbers to Binary and then through other translaters, I've reversed, I've read up down, I've done right-left, I'VE DONE CRISS CROSS D;

What base is it? Or Is it actually Binary? Could it be Hexadecimal?
~Edit~
Translating from Hex and Oct, all I get is the same gibberish. I thought about words being vertical. This is all I get.
V G h l I H J h a W B w b G F p b n M u A W 4 g c 3 R h e X I G 9 u I H R o Z S 4 g a W 4 g c 3 B h
V B a I 4 G w W G g H b 4 9 a L G g u W I F c H 4 H p 3 H g J b R o c H n h o 3 A M e Z B W u X S h

adding a rot13 filter to it didnt help either... editz: Oh! Hey, zi! If people solve this one, I still have the one that I designed that no one was able to solve! So..if this one is figured out...can I sponsor round 2? I'll send you the answer key and everything!

Yeah I've tried it every which way I can possibly think of too. :/ I tried it backwards, using only the last few numbers, nothing but jibberish and nonsense. I'm taking this to work with me. Could be fun.

I've run it through ROT decoders 1 through 25 (useful site here, put encoded stuff after "text="), nothing. Next, I'll be organizing all the results into tables.
Another useful tool here, for encoding/decoding in binary, hex, Base64 and dec. The Base64 results of binary decoding look promising. For one, there are much less numbers.

...I'll be your sky. WHAT!!!! You already got it? Curse you! I just don't have the time (to wipe my drive when I get a virus) to download or find different base converters.

Well...I guess (depending on whether or not Toki-chan was right, and whether Zi approves my creation) that mine will be round 2. Warning in advance, it's gonna be pretty hard to crack...one code alone won't be enough to solve it. The prize will certainly make it worth the while though~ (minimum value 50k, but it will probably be closer to 100k. in items of course, not pure gold.)
