out of all your tools (athames, bollines, brooms, wands, cauldrons, etc.) which one do you tend to use the most of prefere to use the most? I use mine whenever I need to, but I really like using the broom and the sword.

Okay, since my mom is sorta getting use to Wicca, I can't use any tools in the apartments. So, if any tool that I do use most is my finger. =) It's sorta grown on me. XD

Same I like to use my finger but If I had to pick a tool it would have to be my mini cauldron.

The mind's powerful ability to imagine false tools is my favorite, but hand gestures work well.
As for traditional tools, the wand (the real wand or my magik cane) is my best friend. I also enjoy my crystal ball for sending out energy.

at the moment, it would have to be some of my crystals, and i am partial to a nice sized green candle. as for traditional tools, i haven't gotten time or place to gather any, and the winter weather doesn't aid my ventures to find my own. oh well, things "were" thawing, until some freak snow fall as of a week ago. sweatdrop

I love my athame. I want to decorate it but I haven't yet because I'm afraid of it looking bad. redface
Also, being an Aries, I love fire. I've always felt drawn to candles.

I use my recorder the most, I like to play songs rather then sing, it just seems "deeper" then the trying to fit abstract concepts into words.

This pickled vegetable...My practice of witchcraft does not use tools or props of any sort. My only tool is my body and my Will. I believe I said this in another thread, but I personally feel that tools and props are more for show than any practical purpose. ... could kick your a** !!

My wooden rattle.
Renkon, I completely agree. Everything other than the will is a crutch (though sometimes crutches are nice and helpful, they are still not really needed).

In all honesty, I actually use my Pendulum The most.. Ive grown pretty attached to my tarots but i cant go on without my pendulum. It kind of just jumped out at me when i was just looking through a store, And it took me quite a few months to even get the money for it, but I have it and I use it often..

If I had to pick one, it would have to be the rough cypress 'cane' I found out by a river here during a UPG. I quickly grow attached and while I may not use it 'magically' I certainly take walks with it and use it every opportunity I can get.
While I agree with Renkon to a point, I only really believe tools become a problem if you're using to many of them. Some things you do need tools for, like for certain spells that require crushed herbs a mortar and pestle may be necessary. Edit by Mod: Please don't double post - it's against our guild rules. Instead, hit up the edit button. wink
