Welcome to Barton's Royal Academy--don't let the name fool you, we're a school for every age, as we go through grades k-12. We do have some less positive news. Lately a group of students, we don't know exactly who they were, or where they were from, have been disappearing. We have teachers on the case, so believe me, your child is safe.
On a positive note, all our teachers are certified and have had training in defense. If there ever was any danger in their classrooms, they would handle it.
I must repeat, your children are safe. They will never come to any harm. The students that disappeared were... strange. They didn't fit in. It was as if...
They weren't human.

If you have a character that you wish to be a teacher, send me a PM with a description and a picture, or fill out this form.
Name: Race: (And if it's known or not) Class: Grade: Personality: Description: Image:
Teachers~
Name: Thali Sadril Race: Elf, but she's pretending to be human in order to fit in. Class: Mythology and History Grade: 2nd-10th Personality: She prefers her students to call her by her first name. Some don't believe she's an actual teacher, she acts more like a sophomore herself. Don't let her immature outlook fool you, she's very talented with the children. She seems to know what she's doing--as long as she doesn't have to disipline anyone. She hates getting people into trouble, because she has a soft heart--the trouble makers will have fun with this teacher, she lets them get away with everything. Description: She always wears her chestnut colored hair down--she's a little looser when it comes to clothes, usually she wears jeans and a t-shirt, not even the board of directors can tell her otherwise. She looks around sixteen years old, tending to make the older students resent her. Image: Coming soon
Name: Benjamin Sadril Race: Human Class: English Grade: 10-12th grade Personality: The opposite of his wife, the man seems to be stubborn and unopen to new ideas. He runs the class his way--and his way is the only way. He tends to be harder on the students, so he avoids the younger crowd. You don't want to get on this teacher's bad side. (As his wife has proven multiple times). Image: Coming soon
Name: Almie Zulpen Race: Unknown, not human. Class: You know those teachers who don't seem to teach a class? Yeah, she's one of those. Grade: All Personality: She's sweet, and gentle. (We're required to say this, I apologize if any and all info about this teacher is incorrect.) Like Thali, she prefers to be called by her first name. She can be stubborn, but has a lighthearted sense about her. Description: Image: Image coming.
Name: Arisa Alfar (Risa) Race: Fae Class: Magic/Healing Grade: 3rd-9th grade Personality: Very sweet, loving person. And no, we're not just saying that. She does seem a bit determined, likes to get what she wants when she wants. She doesn't seem to ever get angry, though I wouldn't want to see her when she did. She has an air of someone who could be extremely dangerous, if she wanted to be. Description: Image: Coming
Name: Adrian Zitrux Race: Elf, and proud of it Class: Gaian History, Elven History Grade: 4th-5th Personality: Sweet, kind, friendly, the typical social elf with a twist. He's Thali's older (adoptive) brother. Thali hates him with a passion--she was born before her parents adopted him, and he was always treated better than she was. Thus, the kindness. He's technically a Prince, though Thali claims to be (and apparently is) sole heir to the throne. Description: Copper colored hair, bright blue eyes. Tall, handsome, has a gentle air about him. He looks intelligent.
Name: Katherine (Kat) Kantor Race: Shapeshifter - but, as always, pretending to be human. Class: P.E. Grade: all Personality: Simply put, Kat is a social butterfly. She's incredibly outgoing and can strike up a conversation with nearly anyone. To some, she can seem a bit overwhelming, as she can be very competitive and can beat nearly anyone at any game or sport ever invented. She tries to be an aunt to her students, and is always keeping a careful eye on them - especially Thali's kids. Kat can be a bit impatient at times, and because she's so high-energy she can sometimes seem quick to anger, though she actually calms down very fast. Description: Kat's an average height - about 5'7". Since she's a shapeshifter, she can change her hair and eye color on a whim, but she usually keeps her hair a bright purple and her eyes a dark brown. Her skin is rather tan from being out in the sun so much and she almost always wear warm-up pants and a t-shirts - which, as the P.E. teacher, she can get away with. Image: coming
Name: Zee Zulpen Race: Dark elf, obviously Class: Fencing Grade: Most, beyond fourth grade. Personality: Mysterious, but sweet. He has a charming air about him--hope girls don't fall for him (He's taken!). He likes to act tough, but anyone who's seen him smile can tell you differently. Description: His skin's navy, his hair's silver, he's tall and slim, because of how active he is. Image: Coming later.
Name: Vate Zulpen Race: Dark elf Class: Web Design Grade: 9 through 12 Personality: Quiet, can appear to be standoffish. But those he cares about, he is loyal. Description: Like his brother Zee, he has navy skin, short silver hair, and is a bit taller. Also athletic, he used to be an assassin for Thali's father. Image: I'll draw one. xD
Name: Jessica Drunshild Race: Human Class: Drama Grade: 7th-12th Personality: Kind and thoughtful, she isn't very outspoken, but when she has a mind to, she can have quite a temper. Despite being young, she is wise beyond her years...if not still a little immature. Description: Tall, long brown hair, hazel eyes, slim figure, all around plain. Image: ...I hate my scanner... We'll get to it!
NPCS~
I'll come up with some NPCs later, PM me if you have one you'd like to share.

Personality: Over creative, imaginative, playful like his mother. Seems to be a bit of a romantic. He loves the myths, especially the Welsh and Irish mythologies about fae--and their history. Thali and Ben Sadril were having their usual arguement. Thali had politely informed her husband that she found him boring. Her husband, used to this comment by now (they had this arguement every morning), was silent.
"I'm bored." Thali told him again.
"You're always bored." Was the man's complaint.
"You're always boring." The elf shot back.
"You didn't seem to think that when we got married." Ben retorted. That made the elf fall silent. She frowned at him. She couldn't find words to counteract what he'd just said, so.. New subject.
"You're never any fun!" She complained. "You don't even argue properly!" Ben knew what she meant--he always got the last word in, he usually won their 'fights'. In the elf's opinion, if someone beat her at an arguement, they were doing it wrong.

Shas'el Kais intervened in the fight between Ben and Thali by asking to talk to Thali about possible Zeevian influences in the school.

As though he heard their discussion Zeev launched a dozen of his most fierce wolf-scout fighters to strafe the shield of the school. The Pirate turned conqueror knew that the light guns on the fighters would never break through the barrier but it would give them a good scare. Even if some of the fighters were lost in the raid, he would not care, there were plenty more to go around.
As the Fighters entered the Schools airspace Shas'el Kais' automated AA Pulse cannons opened fire. Two of the fighters were shot downed crashing into the planet with thunderous explosions. The rest launched a brace of missiles against the shield, which exploded harmlessly. Kais wondered just what the b*****d pirate was up too.
Zeev laughed. The attack had been the signal for a sleeper agent! Now his war against Gaia would begin with the conquering of this pathetic School.

Both teachers turned to look at the interuption, he was the newest member of the school's security. They exchanged looks before Thali spoke. "Zeevian?" The elf repeated, sounding confused. "I've never heard of that--there have been some reported disappearences, no one seems to know where they've gone. They were all extremely intelligent--top of the class, in most cases.. but they were.. Unique."
Ben interupted. "But there's never been any sign of foul play." He pointed out. "We have no proof that the students didn't leave on their own terms."
Thali turned to glare at her husband. "The ones that were just about to graduate." She muttered. "They wouldn't have left."

Shas'el Kais sighed, "Yes that would be the work of the pirate Captain Zeev. I had not known he had already captured some students. I am sorry but they will not be coming back. He has either tortured them for information about the school, why he has chosen this place to be his first target I do not know, or he has turned them into some of his mutated slaves. Zeev is without conscious and his armies are vast, my empire sent me and my cadre here to defend you as best we can."
Shas'el Kais started walking towards the wrecked fighters with his best squad of Firewarrior.

Again, the teachers exchanged looks. Ben looked confused and irritated at the same time. "And how would you know this?" He demanded. This was too much. Mutated slaves? As if. The man didn't believe this for a second. This guy was out of his mind, off his rocker. The students had probably gotten tired of the new rules and gone off on their own. It wasn't unheard of.
Thali put her hands over her eyes, and rubbed them as if she had a migrane. "Inform this Captain Zeev.." She muttered. "If he tries harming any of our students.. I will personally make sure he dies. Painfully."
Ben was silent, he knew when to avoid talking to his wife. It was true that she rarely became angry. When she did--one tended to avoid being within ten feet of her.

Kat was just turning the corner to head towards the gym when she heard Thali's voice say that someone would die painfully. She frowned slightly and went around the corner, where she noticed Thali, Ben, and some guy she didn't recognize. The shapeshifter had just finished her morning jog from her apartment to the school - yes, she actually made the jog almost every morning, unless the weather was bad. Thali seemed to be in less than a great mood, so she addressed her husband instead.
"Mornin', Ben," she quipped cheerfully, a friendly smile glued to her features. When she looked towards Thali, however, her smile faded slightly into a look of concern. "Everything ok?" she asked the group.

Ben smiled at the chance to change the subject, and looked to Kat. "Hey, Kat." He said. "Nice morning we're having." He gestured to Shas'el, and shrugged. "This coot's trying to tell us that some pirate captain's been mutating our students." He said, rolling his eyes to show he didn't believe a word of it.
Thali turned and saw Kat. "Hi Kat!" She said brightly. Everytime she saw the gym teacher, she remembered the time she'd helped her escape from Vate. "How are you?"
Just then, a tall elf walked over, making Thali frown. Adrian Zitrux, the other history teacher (as Thali liked to call him), was also Thali's older brother. She hated him with a passion. He was her brother by adoption only, and still he'd been treated better than she had. "Nice to see you again, little sister." The older elf was smiling--no, it was almost a smirk. He was a new teacher this year. Thali'd hoped he wouldn't get the job.
Adrian smiled at Kat. "You're the PE teacher, aren't you?" He asked, his blue eyes sparkling merrily. "You're cute."

Kat couldn't help but snicker at Ben's response. "....mutating?" she managed to get out before almost doubling over in laughter. However, she saw a stranger coming up the hallway so she sobered slightly. The stranger seemed somewhat familiar and she was caught off guard, just enough that she hardly heard Thali say hi.
"I'm fine," she answered quickly, flashing her friend a wide smile. "I had a great jog this morning!" When the stranger addressed Thali as 'little sister', her mouth dropped open and her eyes widened - only to clamp shut again as he called her 'cute'.
"Um..." she managed, wondering what to make of this rather handsome stranger. Then she finally found her tongue and said, "yes, I am." As she held a hand out to the man, she shot Thali a questioning look like, 'who is this guy?!'
"I'm Kat," she said with a friendly smile, managing to not look awkward despite her confusion. "And you are...?"
