Height: 4 foot 8 inches in height..he is very short.
Personality: He’s pretty much a loner, keeps to himself. When he does talk he’s short and to the point. He doesn’t like wasting time or people who make him wait; so he tends to be pretty impatient. Though he tends to keep his emotions from showing, he has no qualms in displaying displeasure. He despises downtime…and will do anything to avoid it, even causing trouble so he gets action.
Likes: Stillness, quiet, meditation
Dislikes: Overbearing, rambunctious, very talkative folk.

 Personal history: There’s not really much that Xar remembers of his Family. They could still be alive for all he knows. He had been kidnapped when he was on the young side and sold as a slave to a mercenary band who had seen the potential in him. The band trained him to be an assassin, he has been working with the band ever since.
Although his personality and tendencies make him the laughing stock of the band, Xar remains with them knowing he would have a hard time of surviving on his own. As soon as he is able to find someone he can trust or..feel comfortable with he has plans on leaving and starting his own means of work.
He got the name from the band..one look at his blue eyes when he was little and they saw a cold calculating soul..and dubbed him ice eyes. Xar actually likes the name and doesn't care that he's forgotten his real name. He will often use his name and eyes to scare his enemies..as there are stories about a cold blooded warrior with ice like eyes who will kill any and everyone that crosses him in their own quarters. The last thing his victims see are his ice blue eyes before they go to the Abyss.

 Jysayne- Is unsure of whether to count him as an associate or an enemy..he's on the fence about it at the moment. Especially with the assassin threatening him all the time.
Xunner- Is slowly coming around to thinking of the demonologist in romantic terms...given time Xar may just fall for him. At the moment he's still on guard around him.

 The group is louder now that the new fellow has joined the others games. I wish he hadn’t show up, he’ll probably only bring trouble. He looks like the type to run away from trouble, I’m betting that’s why he’s here now. The tomfoolery has gotten even worse with im around. The others have been engulfed in their dratted dice and card games even more than usual. I wish to the gods that something happens soon that will get him kicked out. I’m usually not so dead set against a new member, but there’s something about him that just gets on my nerves. It could be that he’s always staring at me, and is talking about me behind my back to the others. I know its these eyes of mine, they’re an oddity and they make me stand out more than I would like. I just wish he would stop staring at me.

Great. I’ve been stuck with the great flaming pillar of hot air. Ever since we left on patrol he’s been talking away as though his next breath would be his last. If he doesn’t stop this talking it could very likely be his last. He’s giving me a headache. Gods, I hope he doesn’t talk in his sleep. What the hell was the captain thinking when he paired us up? I doubt anyone will miss him now. He managed to win quite a big game the night before we left, leaving a lot of the fellows mad at him. Yes, if he were not to return; they would be very happy indeed.

Our first day of patrol is at an end. Finally! I seriously think this fellow doesn’t know how to shut his mouth. Or perhaps all of his brain cells have been fried from the overuse of fire magic. I did finally get an answer to one question that I had before; he does talk in his sleep. After about an hour or so of his murmuring I finally got up and settled down a good ten feet away. I managed to sleep very well after that.

I suppose the first thing that I will have to do is retract every negative thing I’ve said about Xun. Yeah, strangely enough I don't dislike him as much as I used to. Despite the fact that we are extreme opposites, spending time with him isn't as bad as it used to be. At least..now that he's actually shown his worth and saved my hide. I should have been more careful and more aware of what was around me. So this morning I woke up in a sour mood, and upon seeing Xun still asleep soundly decided to finish the patrol on my own. At the time it seemed the best idea; the job would be finished early, and I wouldn’t be subjected to endure his chatter the entire time. I entered the cave, being as cautious as always, though I have to admit my mind keep flitting back to Xun which frustrated me quite a bit. I clearly could not stand him, and yet here I was thinking about him. It was probably this that caused me not to notice the hooked horrors right away. The moment I did spot them, I sprang into action, though it was a moment too late. One of them struck at me, jarring my entire body and causing my sword to fall down out of my line of sight. Then, the other struck me from my other side before I could recover, causing me to fall down onto a ledge below. I was shook up, and wounded severely in my left side. The next thing I knew the cave was alight with fire as the monster closest was lit and began to burn alive. At that moment, I was rather happy to see the fire mage. He was made his way towards me, probably figuring that the other monster was too scared and shocked to strike out. Unfortunately this was wrong. Before he could move to defend himself, the second beast lashed out catching Xun right across the face and tearing his eye out of his face. He instinctively struck out, and killed the beast and then slumped to the ground once the deed was done.

Despite being wounded, I got up, helped him to his feet and the two of us lit out of there. With the job done, our only thoughts were to return to the company and get our wounds attended to. I was rather outraged when we did return, only to have the captain order Xun to leave the company. Here he was, standing bleeding profusely from his face and the damn potbellied pig had the gall to throw him out! It didn’t take much for me to convince the captain to think otherwise. A few harsh words in a cold tone, with a glint of madness in ones’ eyes usually does the trick with fellows like that. Not to mention the unspoken threat that I issued to him. We are now traveling to the closest city to find a healer to fix us up. Xun keeps asking how his face looks, I’m afraid if he learns how he looks he will become despondent and moody so I keep silent, and hope for the best. I hope he doesn’t hate me for it later. I think that he will end up loosing his eye, despite the fast pace the wagons are traveling towards the city. If he does indeed leave the group once he has been cleaned up by a healer, I believe I shall join him. I have long since longed to leave the damned group. They are much too stuck up and full of themselves for my taste. I don't care if I owe several more years of service to them for my training..they can either allow me to leave or find themselves with lost limbs and extremities. I think they shall choose the former, seeing as a mercenary band can't really do much good with half crippled warriors.

Xunner has lost his eye..with no hopes if it being replaced. I rather feel bad about this..though at the time I really couldn't do much to stop it. He will have a hard time finding work as a one eyed mage. I felt like offering to join him, as a partner in crime of sorts but he beat me to it. For an odd reason I felt hesitant..even though I was only moments before thinking of offering it myself. It was as though something shifted inside of me...something was trying to caution me against joining up with him. It wasn't until a little later as we traversed to a bar to get drunk that he revealed that he wasn't a mage but in fact a demonologist. I can tell you..I about freaked out on him..but managed to keep a straight face and not reveal too much. I believe however that he could read my fear and was rather pleased by it. I shudder to think about just what he's capable of. It doesn't help matters that he's attracted to me. I wonder just how long I will be able to keep him off of me. I shudder to think of another male's hands on me..there was that one incident years ago that I try to forget..but try as I may it stays stubbornly lodged in my brain. I pray to the goddess that I am able to manage to not loose my real self while around Xunner. If he knew just what I was hiding from him....gods I can't imagine what he might do. I just pray that my secret isn't revealed until the right time.

I cannot believe what I did tonight.
I actually reverted back to an old skill, the particular skill that got me in trouble with the other demonologist. I could kill myself for making such a mistake again!
I hope and pray that Xunner is not as forward or as assertive as the other one was.
I really need to learn to keep my hands off of others..it only gets me into trouble.
Massage can be relaxing and restorative yes..but it never does me any good. It just makes whoever I am working on crave me..and then turn dangerously murderous if I do not allow them access to myself.
I wish I could just keep my hands to myself.
I pray that Xunner will not try anything. Gods...if he were I do not think I could stand it. I don't want that side of me to emerge again...as it is not a pretty side of me. I must try and refrain from being so forward and so free with my massages.

So..I met this assassin the other day. He was rather interesting..but odd as well. He actually thought I was flirting with him! And bought me food...and then I ended up in a relaxing bath with him. You'd hav had to been there to know how that happened.
I think I prefer his company over anyone else's.
At least he doesn't smell like roth butt like the guys in my group do.
