ENTRANCE

Out in the midst of dusty plains of sand, a very large structure protrudes from the ground a mere twenty-five feet from the ground surface, yet easily over two and a half hundred feet across. It's a large twenty-foot wall that makes a full circle, having a domed ceiling that goes up a further five feet or so. In the center of this structure, on the roof, is a one hundred-foot wide circular tower that rises only another twenty-five feet before reaching its own domed rooftop. The walls and roof tiles are made entirely of a near-impossibly reflective black alloy, shimmering brilliantly in the hot sun. One can clearly see their reflection from as far as their eyes can see.

There don't seem to be any windows; not on the walls, or the equally slick rooftops. On the northern side of this strange building is a small ten-foot tall cylinder-like structure against the northern wall, made of the same reflective material as the rest of the building. The oval-shaped door here slides quickly open the moment one approaches it. Inside is what appears to be an elevator, with an 'up' button, 'down' button, 'stop' button, and an 'open' button. These are all on a shining black panel on one side of the chamber. On the opposite side of the chamber as the entrance is yet another door, but this doesn't seem to open, nor does the 'up' button have any effect. This pod travels up and down through a shaft via mangentic mechanics. There are no cables or gears.

INSIDE THE FACILITY

Going down through the elevator will cause the other door to open now, revealing a rather large room. Now over one hundred feet feet underground, this room is huge, having a domed ceiling. However, there's not as much space as it would sound. The majority of the room is a single winding hallway, which curves around 5 large towers. The larger 4, at the upper right and left, and lower right and left sides of the room, are semi-circle in shape, and they surround the fifth tower. This central tower is a complete circle, and goes up through the ceiling.

In the hall, the wall material is a slightly blurry and pale blue-shaded version of the black material outside. Not quite as reflective, but just as tough to the touch. At the most narrow point inside this hall, the space between two of the training room walls is 10 feet. At the most wide, it's 30 feet. The floor is a slightly cushioned black rubber-like substance with a smooth surface. At each wall inside the hallway, there is training equipment on racks and shelves, and inside small metal cabinets. These include modern-day weights and bars, towels and bottled water, several weighted plates, and even weighted clothing.

The clothes weigh in at anywhere from five pounds to fifty tons. However, the cabinets they are held in must be quite powerful to hold such weight. The clothes themselves, style-wise, include just about anything that one could think of, aside from accessories, light-built clothes, and underwear/lingerie.

RESTRICTED POWER ROOM

On the far side of the room, past the central tower room and on the opposite side of the room as the entrance, is a normally shaped door, but with no knob. There is a small grey-shaded circle on the wall to the right of the door, but touching it doesn't seem to do anything. On the door are written words, which say 'Power Room: Restricted'. Apparently only the owner can enter this room.

TRAINING CHAMBERS

The training chambers are sectioned off by thick metal doors, built to be eleven feet in height. In each of the five doors, there is a small valve-like circular handle in the right side of the door. To open the door, one must unlock it by turning the thick valve clockwise a few times until the powerful bolts inside slide out of place, and then slide the door into the wall to the left, where it rests until told to close again. To shut the door, one must press the small blue button to the left side of the door - labelled 'Close' - inside the room. The heavy door will then slide slowly shut and lock into place. It will freeze in place if something gets in the way.

The training rooms themselves all have deep blue-colored tile floors. The walls are a dull white alloy wall, somewhat reflective and built to withstand the most insane combat training. These rooms - as with the rest of the facility - are built with nanomachinery, meaning they will regenerate any damage done to them. The Training Rooms, however, are triple-layered with nanomachinery. In other words, each room is three times as powerful as the Club Orion Stadium.

Each room is roughly one hundred feet from the entryway door to the opposite wall; the center room is one hundred and fifty-five feet to the ceiling, while the other four are one hundred and twenty-five feet. Near the center of each room is a five-foot-high, cylindrical machine with a control panel on it, any complex machinery or wiring not visible. On this panel is a set of buttons, knobs, switches, and gauges. They look confusing at first, but here are their meanings.

Note - It is advised that you don't make too rash a decision and set any of these controls at something too much for your body to handle. The door to the training rooms lock shut once a setting is computed, and the walls are indestructible. If you set the wind temperature, wind speed, or gravity at too extreme a setting, nobody can help you.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Want to change the temperature? Some fighters' bodies respond well under different levels of temperature. Luckily enough, the training rooms AC systems react within seconds, and range from as low as -100 degrees fahrenheit (-73.3 degrees celsius), to as high as 150 degrees fahrenheit (65.5 degrees celsius).

This is set by a knob next to a gauge with numbers and a moving red bar, similar to a thermometer. Turning the knob clockwise will make the temperature bar lower, and counter-clockwise will raise it. Clicking the small blue 'set' button under the gauge will set the temperature. The red 'clear' button resets everything to default.

CURRENT CONTROL
Can you fly, but not go terribly fast? Need to train your flight speed? Special vents can open seemingly out of nowhere in the floor, ceiling, and walls. They blow out air at different speeds, depending on how fast you set them for. The wind speeds range from 5 mph, to 7,200mph (Mach 10 / 10x the speed of sound).

It is set by another small knob, under a semi-circular gauge, similar to a speedometer in an automobile. You enter how long you want the wind to be generated by entering the time on a small keypad under the knob. Turning the knob right or left will move the small red bar, thus changing the wind speed. Once finished, the blue 'set' button will finish the process. The vents will automatically close once the time has expired, and the red 'clear' button resets everything to default if pressed before time expires.

GRAVITY CONTROL
So, you're ready for some serious training. Setting the gravity control on the central control tower will cause the room to undergo the amount of gravitational pressure you have set. How much can you withstand? Can you still stand once you weigh 10x more than usual? How about 100x? 400x? The controls range as far as an entire 1,000x Earth's gravity. The gravity room shouldn't be taken lightly, especially by beginners. If you set it too high, when the doors open and you are found, you could be a greasy smudge on the floor.

This powerful training method can be controlled at one side of the control tower, where a small display screen and keyboard are present. The letters and digits that appear on the screen are blue in color, the screen black, as is the keypad. You simply enter how many times Earth's gravity you want the room to endure (rising in .5 increments), the blue 'set' button, and then how long you wish it to stay that way. The first digit is hours, the second is minutes, and the third is seconds. Finally, you click the blue 'set' button again. It will automatically change after ten seconds of preparation, so you may brace yourself. Clicking the red 'clear' button during your training resets everything to default.

Note: These controls can be active at any of their settings, at any time. You can also include any combination of the Temerature., Gravity, and Current settings that you please.

"This is some place Deity has put up," Keno says in dazedly as the elevator reveals to him the training rooms. The place had a touch to it that he liked. Something about the color welcomed him invitingly. "Let's see how good this place is." He heads straight to the wall to see what lies on the racks and within the cabinets. He takes a particular interest in the weighted clothing, picking up a pair of pants similar to his own weighing a ton and a matching black hirt weighing half a ton. "These feel heavy enough," the short warrior comments as he slings the clothes over his shoulders and heads to room five. He gazes at the valve looking handle protruding from the door. The door didn't open as he approached, so he figured he'd give it a shot. As he turns the handleclockwise, he can feel the resistance from the boltssliding out of place. They open obediently afterward, the scarred combatant smirking.

He walks in and noted the machine in the center. "Perhaps I should change first," he says, pressing a button reading 'close.' He slides out of his own clothes by simply Dispersing, leaving him in only his underwear, the bodily blemishes exposed to the naked eye, were there one around. He slides himself into the pants first, shaking them to make himself comfortable. After getting situated, he replaces his belt across his waist and slides the weighted shirt over his head onto his shoulders. Then, just for personal taste, he placed his regular net shirt back on. With his weighted attire on, replaced his ninja headband over his left eye, adjusted his gloves and shoes, and then, waving his hands, sent the rest of his attire away.

"Now then," walking casually, as if the weight were little or no burden on him, Keno slides over to the machine, observing it in silence at first. The temperature gauge was of no real importance to him. He left it alone and gazed at the other two knobs. "Aha, gravity control. Many Kudos to that wolven-demon-friend of mine. And even a current gauge. Let's see.." Keno was in fact surprised that Deity was able to construct something able to manifest winds stronger than even he was used to. He decided to merely test the waters, setting the winds at 1,400 mph and the gravity merely at 5x that of normal Earth. He raised his ki as the ten second period began, being sure not to let either element catch him off gaurd. Suddenly he felt currents of wind able to match his own power approach him in a spiral, sweeping throughout the entire room. His body felt many times heavier as well. He simply walked away from the machine, casually giving himself 20 feet, and sat preparing for his meditation. It was due for twelve hours, or until he decided to get up and change it himself. Closing his eyes and holding himself in a state of solitary contentment, the warrior released his aura which was once again furhter out of sync with his body.

Keno was finding his training a little more difficult than he had calculated. Resisting winds matching his power was difficult when he was also concentrating on resisting the excess weight of his body, when in all actuality he shouldn't be thinking at all. His mind was supposed to be totally calm and in control of everything and nothing. His aura seemed to be unexpectedly deviant at the moment. It had not really worsened, but was not showing signs of improvement. He sort of wanted Sabrina around still. Even if she wasn't much a match for him on her own, adding this disadvantage woulld perhaps give her an edge, even though the winds might be too much for her, regardless of gravity. His body inhaled deeply and let out a ridiculously drawn out exhale, which seemed to, for a moment, actually make the winds retreat. No such luck though. He then resumed his meditation, unmoved by the forces acting against him. It was by all means a draw at this point. But the victor could not truly be indicated so long as neither submitted.

Time was rolling by and Keno still had not budged. All of his will and power set him stubbornly in that very spot. The winds had not died down at all. The weight of the clothes with the added effect of the gravity would no doubt have an effect on him once he stared moving again. His aura was still more dominantly devious than obdient, but he was showing progress even in this area. It was difficult to tell though how long this would last. Regardless of how he was able to match the forces against him now, he was still resisting an inexhaustible force. By natural physical law, he would have to submit eventually. But would it be before or after twelve hours? Would he even let it come to that? How much patience did he have today? Another sigh, like before, no different that the last if one excuses the time frame. And more silence, except the whipping of the wind in his ears. Even that was like silence at this point, the outside almost like a small dot of light in the corner or his mind.

Keno opened his eyes, looking about. He was breathing rahter heavily, but showed no signs of wear otherwise. He landed on his stiff feet and trudged over to the machine, pressing the red buttons without much thought. The settings returned to default and Keno felt a great weight beginning to lift off of his body. He closed his eyes once again as he focused on the world about him. After a few quick breaths he grinned. "Just under ten hours." He didn't really seem to care either way, but regardless of whatever ran with that fact through his mind, the warrior seemingly glided out of the training room to the elevator, back to ground level, and out of the facility for good.

Entering training room 4, Raiuma sets temperature to 90 degrees, wind speed to 0, and gravity to time 15 Earths. When he steps inside, he detects the sudden change in temperature and Gee, so he starts training. First with Chakra control, then with a standard workout involving pushups, squats, situps, and jumping jacks. He then pulls out his kunai and wind shuriken and practices his battle manuvers
PostPosted: Wed Nov 30, 2005 12:21 pm

After about 30 minutes of battle skills, Raiuma cranks up the temperature to 95 degrees, and about 22 Earths. Feeling the increased pressure, he also cranks up the wind to 20 mph. He then starts walking foreward in his silken leggings to make him easier to slide backwards. With the wind pushing him back and graving pushing down, Raiuma starts running. After about 30 minutes of that, Raiuma turns down the gees to about 5 Earths, the temperature to 75 degrees, and the wind to 4 mph.

While leaving the western center, Raiuma decides that it would be best to log his times into the main computer. He also finds it quite messy so he clesns and sweeps up all the dust, dirt, sand, and grime on the lower level.
