My favorite artist is doing his final solo live this November... Since it's evidently going to be his last performance (at least as a solo artist--I'm remaining hopeful!), I absolutely must be there. I must. ._.

So here's my to-do list:
• extend my passport once I turn 18 (soon)
• GET A JOB HRNNGGGG: work part-time until July(ish), work full time until school starts up again
• plan and book "vacation" (the live is over the Thanksgiving holiday, thankfully!)
• brush up on "traveler's Japanese" (although I think I should be okay)
• buy tickets, once available
• find someone to go with me!! ;A;"

I won't get to do much, since I won't have much time off school (I'm guessing), but I'll still be killing two birds with one stone. I've been wanting to go to Japan for a long time, and I was going to go this summer, but had to cancel my tour because 1) tours suck 2) it was too expensive after I stopped working. BUT THIS. I'll do it. There's also the chance that... well, Yoshinori is friends with a lot of other (more popular) Jrockers, and it's likely that they might go to his live *w* For example, Teruki from An Cafe is a fan of his... and YUKKE from MUCC is a good friend of his =w= Not to mention all those bands that Yoshinori produces and that I'm a fan of, like HERO and THE KIDDIE~

I echo Romi's sentiment!

He didn't really say a whole lot about it... there was a time about a month or so ago where he was really depressed and wrote on his blog about how he felt he wasn't "moving forward," so I think it may have something to do with that. He might feel that it's best to focus on production/arrangement for other bands (as he's already doing) rather than overload himself. But, still... ._. He said he was going to release a second album, though, so I'm excited for that, but at the same time... it's depressing. ^^" I'm going to send him a message soon and threaten tell him not to disappear from the music industry entirely... :<

I haven't discussed it with my parents, yet, but I have a feeling they won't mind me going so long as I can pay for it, and I'm sure they would feel a lot better if I wasn't alone. -w-;
