I've been in band since 6th grade and I'm in 10th grade now. The only part I've hated about band is chairing!
I don't like to play in front of the whole class, and that's why I'm happy being 4th chair violin and 2nd chair tenor sax.
I also don't like Solo and Ensemble. Our previous director Mr. L, never made us try out for it, and if you wanted to try out he'd supply the music and accompanist. But, the Fatty From Hell is making us try out, get our own music and accompanist.

I hate that my marching band doesn't seem to put in effort for practices. There's always people coming in late and nothing ever gets accomplished. crying

I hate this one trumpet player who's a freshman, like me. We're the seniors
of middle school band, and he still hasn't made first chair. He goes around
during band playing the drums and bass guitar, when he really sucks at both,
and thinks he's amazing. Same goes for trumpet. He practices in between
songs, which is pretty much the only time he DOES practice. =.= He gets on
the whole band's nerves.

When we hardly get ANYTHING done due to the Flutes always talking. -_-
And I hate it when the Trumpets in Jazz band do NOTHING but SIT. D:<

I hate it when people purposely keep playing after the band director cuts us off...especially when they can't even play it right xD
It just delays us even more...

I hate that our band director is an a** and he is not fair when it comes to testing. Also that seniors are the ones the slack off the most and they get mad at lower class people and its really annoying that they think that they can do whatever they want

Sweet Jesus, they think they can waltz on in there (well not really, they know nothing of 3/4 time) and learn an instrument. Well, you can't.
It took us a while, and it's gonna take you longer, cause we're way ahead of you.
