The Godime, Tsunade works here, filling out endless paperwork. Shizune is her assistant and Izumo and Kotetsu (are forced to) help her out.

Naruto arrived and flung the door open, there was no time to knock and this was urgent. "Lady Tsunade, Sakura-chan and I were recently attacked by a black haired boy." He then transformed to look like the boy and once he was sure that Tsunade had seen it he released the transformation jutsu and turned back into himself.

Tsunade calmly sat behind her desk, hands laced and chin resing on them."I already know who you're taking about Naruto. He's right behind you." Indeed the asailant stood near the door where he went unknowticed by Naruto.
"Ah... It's you." The boy gave him a fake smile. The Goddime leaned back in her chair and gave a long sigh.

Naruto turned around to see the black haired boy right behind him and started yelling at him. scream "Who do you think you are attacking Sakura and I!"

^_^ "I was just testing you to see how skilled you were...you both failed. Oh, and my name is Sai."
"Why were you testing our skill?" Sakura asked as she entered. She didn't feel like training so she didn't go to the training grounds like Naruto had instructed.
"I can answer that. Sakura, the information Sasori gave you is vital for your next mission that you will leave for in two weeks. You will meet with this 'spy' of Akatsuki. On this mission, you four will be working together to capture him."
"Wait...four of us? You don't mean..."
"Yes, much to my distain. You, Naruto, Sai, and one other will be going on this mission."

His jaw dropped it was almost as bad as him finding out that he would have to work with Sauske. ".... Me work with him! He's as bad as Sausgay!" he was offended at what she had said. "And who's that third person as well cause Kakashi's out of action."

"the third person is Captain Yamato. He's a former Anbu member, just like Sai, only Sai works for Danzo. And trust me when I say this, Naruto, I wasn't for the idea of one of Danzo's meen joining you on this village. But the Elders wouldn't have agreed to let you two leave with out Danzo getting his say." Tsunade remembered a secret mission she had given Yamato. Her gaze fell on Sai before returning to Naruto and Sakura. "I would like for you three to at least try to get along. Yamato will be incharge of this mission, so he's the boss. Your new team name is Team Kakashi."
"...Hai, Tsunade-shizou."
"And if things go well enough, Sai and I will be your permanint teammates, aside from minor missions," A man walked into the room. He had brown hair and creepy football shaped eyes. "Right, Lady Tsunade?"
Tsunade nodded her head. "Ah."

Ebisu arrived just outside Tsunade's office, waiting for Ed and Al. He kept his guard up just incase they were realy enemy ninja in disguise.

 Ed had just rolled his eyes when the kid mispronounced their names. Like 'Konohamaru' was any better? Still, the two fell into step behind Ebisu and the children, spending most of the time looking around as they walked. This really was a strange town. The teens followed along to the office, pausing when Ebisu did. Edward looked up at the door, the entire atmosphere screaming 'leader!' and 'ruler!' at him. Which probably wasn't as good a thing it might have been with other people. The older Elric had never gotten along well with authority figures. Alphonse, on the other hand, glanced between the door and the man who'd led them there. Were they waiting on him to knock or get some form of invitation into the room? "We goin' in or not?" Ed, impatient, as always.

"She's speaking with someone. Plus there's four other people in the room so she's probably assining them a mission, therefore it would be rude to interupt, Edward." Ebisu stated as if he had x-ray vision to see it all.
Inside Tsunade glanced at the door. "Yamato, you're dismissed. Oh, and tell the three outside to come in. Also, see if Shizune is back with Pakkun." Yamato bowed before heading to the door.
"Shizou, what about us?"
"You three stay. I have a few more things to discuss with you."
The office door opened revealing Yamato who nodded at Ebisu. He then left down the hall to go find Shizune.
The jounin ushered the two strangers into the office and in front of a lady with large breasts, each the size of somone's head. "Lady Tsunade, these two were hoping you'd know where their Country is. It's called Amestres."
The Godime raised an eyebrow at them before leaning back in her seat.

Naruto stood to the side and when he heard the name of where the two strangers had come from he bugged out "Where the hell is Amestres!"

Sakura shruged. She had seen many maps while helping sort things out in the Hokage's library, but she had never heard of Amestres.
"...I'm...not sure. It could be a land overseas in another continent."

Edward's first thought was 'how the hell does he know what's going on in the room', followed by 'cocky b*****d'. He crossed his arms over his chest and scowled off to the side. Ebisu couldn't blame them for being impatient, could he? They were stuck in some obscure little town where nothing was familiar and people seemed to look at them as if they were members of a traveling freak show. At least Al was out of that armor. That would have made quite the scene... But the door opened and dispelled the shorter sibling's annoyance, and probably just in time too. They followed their escort inside, Al being the first to offer the customary little bow of greeting, Edward following with a nudge. The brothers glanced between everyone, both getting the same unsettling feeling. No one here had ever heard of their country? Bad. Very bad. Wait...what about the other countries? "Well...what about Xing?" still a long trip, but at least they knew the way, "Or even Ishbal?"Alphonse turned nervous eyes to Tsunade "Maybe you could tell us...exactly where we are?"

Tsunade paused for a moment. "Ebisu, you may leave. Sakura?" Ebisu bowed to her and made a handsign before dissapearing in a puff of smoke.
"Hai?"
"Fetch me the big maps."
Sakura nodded and left for the Hokage's library where she walked over to a large files case, pulling out a few scrolls, books and whatnot until she finaly found a map. Putting everything back, Sakura made her way to the office again where she gave the Godaime the maps. Tsunade spread them out on her desk. "Are you sure you're not from any village in this area? Even a small country? What are your names, by the way?"
Sai silently observed the two brothers with a blank expression.
