Our leader Lady Kain isn't feeling too well so to help her out I'll post the meeting tonight. Get well soon lil sis... ^^
Anyway to be quite honest I don't know much about what happened last meeting so if anyone can bring up anything I'll edit this post and add it. Pretty much its an open floor for now.
1st order of business: Were still in a transition phase. Basically what that means if im not mistaken is that were going to take certain stuff from the old guild home to our new clan home. Zenny could fill us in more on this.
2nd order of business: As Kain said earlier the Points system is on a permemnant hiatus. VC and Crew members will still be able to look at the thread in the crew lounge subforum.
Last meeting I brought up the idea of a "white list" basically people who would be allowed to post in our thread freely wether they are a member or not. This could help in recruitment as the more posting will keep us on the upper part of the 1st page. thus people will be able to get to know us better.
Anyway its that time of the year again. And as some of us do remember we had a secret Santa last year which from what I remember went pretty well so I'm wondering if anyone is interested in doing it this year?
Darc brought up a "Banner Contest" for after the christmas/new years holidays. So if there's any interest in that as well speak up...
Anyway that's all from me for now so post away...

Thank you thanks for the Midnight, uhm how about talking a bit some more on the Guild to Clan transition? No questions on that anybody?
Oh the TROGKSS was great, even though I didn't want to participate xD

since we are here it feels a little strange not seeing a lot of what used to take place in the guild cease. Soo yeah, I guess anyone have any idea whats wrong with teh zOMG beta now? Its been really mean lately :]

I would love to do the secret santa too. I had fun last year. 3nodding
I wish we had time to do some sort of contest. Maybe something like a banner contest. Which could be used for the clan. We could start at the beginning on Jan. have it go for 2-3 weeks, that will give people time to work on it. Then vote on them durning a meeting.

We can only wait for Qixter's updates about zOMG.
I suggest not worrying too much about it; play when you can, report bugs as you find them, but remember beta game is beta.
Secret santa was okay, i wouldn't mind doing it again, but we must be sure everyone who participates both gives and receives something worthwhile.
I think the point system is still on hiatus.

Secret Santa was nice last year. I enjoyed myself and I know most of the members who participated did as well. It's not too late to start up another one this year.
I'll go about making a thread of it on the main forum. 10K isn't too much to spare for one person.
Point system is on permanent hiatus. While it's a nice system, most seemed confused about it, while others don't want to participate in it. The thread has been moved to the Crew Lounge.
We ought to work around a way to inform our other members about this clan and to bring it back to its former self.
Midnight; You posted an idea last meeting-A white list for those who are deemed worthly to post in our clan thread without consequence.

Also, I know we all want to recruit, and as of right now I dont particularly have any ideas on how to do that, but if there is anything I can do with art or in my charity or anything let me know and Ill help anyway I can <3]<

A white list definately sounds good. But maybe for people who are nice but are not too sure if they want to join or not so they chat for a bit and get to know us and decide.
I will participate in Secret Santa.
I like the idea of a banner contest (I wont go in that as I have no clue how to make them and that XD)
