depends on if you're willing to make it work, I myself in a long distance relationship, but I have the luxury of being to drive down to see her every weekend if I so choose.
there are quite a few other guild members in long distance relationships as well....some for quite a while.
just depends on if you're willing to make it work, and sacrifice and compromise

I think online relationships can work for some people, and can't work for others. Just like any other factor in any other relationship.
I can imagine it's a bit harder, though. Not being able to see the person you're with as regularly as you'd like. Doesn't make it necessarily any less real, though. All depends on your own personal experience and how the two involved really feel.

You just have to know what you can and can't do in a relationship. Be honest with your partner and honest with yourself.
I, for example, know that I could not sustain a romantic relationship over a distance. So I don't lead anyone on...

Like everyone else is saying, if you're ready to make things work along with giving and taking this or that, then it should end up being something nice in the end. Just be aware that should your significant other decide to date away from the computer, there's nothing you can do to stop it.

Bah D; Got too cluttered so..x3; No more adult dragons up there. I'm currently in a long distance relationship and things are working out great. It helps that we're both very affectionate with just our friends. (Kisses on the cheeks, holding hands, etc. ) So since our limits to how affectionate we can be with friends are pretty much the same it works out nicely. :3

well online relationships are worth it if it means something to you, and it's not just something to keep you from boredom. neutral
...IMO, though, i feel it's easier on both people if there's a goal to actually spend time in person oneday. 3nodding
long distance relationships are really hard sometimes (mostly because you miss that person so much, it affects both people)... but they're worth it.
been in a LDR for over 2 years ^^ <3 still going.
