For my class it's the word "Gay" Because we always say, "This song is gay" "My clarinet is being gay" ect...ect... So my band teacher said we cannot say gay anymore because an clarinet cannot be happy, or have male parts. And same goes for music. (Though we have argued about a certain song we thought was very happy, because it was)
What is one word you are not allowed to say in band?
Also my drama teacher banned me from saying to word die...I can't say anything that relaites to the word or anything, not even my friends nickname (Death). If I do I have to organized costumes, and she called me today and asked if I was feeling better, and I almost said die, but she stopped me. (Seriously I feel like I'mm going to...you-know-what)
I'm sick all the time, and I look like I'm dieing every time I'm sick so that's why.

well we yell a lot so basically anything, we aren't allowed to say more than three times.
But we talk in a voice like the gay guy on Family Guy so we're always like "hey, ya'll" when we play the Hey Song

Our BD lets us say anything we want,
He cusses a lot so we can cuss too...
Though, he doesn't let us play F A G B A G in that order or else he starts to yell,
Quite weird though 'cause that's the first thing i play in one of our chorales XD

When the Guard is around you do not say twirl or else there will be a flag coming at you in a competition. 'Nuff said.

'Sucks' in regard to music.
So no 'This song sucks.'
Why?
Because we need a positive attitude.
And no cursing either.
But when Gipson isn't around, it's a free for all.

band room. apparently our school doesnt have one. *rolls eyes* we have a rehersal hall. not that anybody actually calls it the rehersal hall anyways,just the band director. he really wants us to call it that. He's fighting a losing battle though. he's been trying for the past two years.
