Heritage: Little bit of German and something more Celtic-based as well.

Background: Jaden was raised by his parents in a small town in New York State....where they owned a small cafe. he was a quiet, studious, obedient child who loved his life and his family and detested change. As an only child he was somewhat doted on...and then his father died...whether of some natural or unnatural disease they weren't entirely sure...but whatever the reason, nothing was ever the same again. Jaden's mother took her husband's death very hard, and the only comfort she found was her son, who still helped her to run the business. Jaden further lost himself in his books, and this was approximately the time he began to study Elven and the culture and myth surrounding elves in earnest. When he was given the chance to study at Shinkami, he jumped at it, and even his mother supported the decision. She didn't want her son to spend his entire life working in a cafe when he quite obviously had so much potential.

 Nathaniel:: He's an all right kid. I can tell he has some problems...somewhere...that he doesn't know how to deal with on his own. I think I'd like to get to know him better.
Update: He's quite swiftly becoming my best friend. He's attractive, smart, and though I know he's conflicted...I think he trusts me, and that's incredibly valuable to me.
Zach:: He's friendly, and intelligent, even if he does look like a punk he doesn't act like one. I think he'd make a good friend!
Elijah:: He's cute...and the only other student I've met that looks younger than I do. I wonder how old he really is... Exceedingly friendly.
