well, I know my parents would kill me if they saw me helping with some of the problems in LI.Whenever my parents come in the room, I go to the computer and technology forum. So, do your parents know or care about what people talk about in LI?

Well my mother knows Im on Gaia. Not in LI, my computer's in my room, with the door locked at all times so she doesnt much see what I do.
Honestly, even if my mother did care, I wouldn't.
I don't care what my mother knows or gives a damn about in my life...
Which would be incredibly obvious if you had read the conversation I had with her on MSN about four days ago...

Well... I don't live there any more and I'm paying for my own internet so I don't really think they are going to care. I've showed them gaia a few times but I don't think it's ever really stuck.

My parents know I use Gaia, I use my mum credit card to donate. I don't think any of my parents would care if they knew I venture into LI.

I have mentioned to my parents about Gaia. But they don't really know about. As long as I'm not looking at pornography my parents do not care. Just as long as whatever I'm doing wont get me into trouble. I have told them that there are forums where people ask for help and I give my comments. But I don't think they were really listening.

My mother knows about gaia... But she doesn't know that I keep contact with people from gaia.
She's really paranoid about that sort of stuff... The other day she asked me whether I would kill someone if a random person from the internet asked me to... Which was odd...
But I don't think she'd care what kind of stuff I look at on the internet. She just thinks I talk to *****>

No, they don't.
If they did, they'd have an excuse to ban me from my computer, or to say bad things about me. And I don't want that.
I'm saving up for a computer in my room anyway, I can't save files on here and they like to look at my computer history.
And then I don't have to worry about closing all my windows when they walk through the door. Msn, Gaia. Livejounrnal, since they think it's so "gothic" and bad. Vidio games sites. Anything.

They know I'm on Gaia, they don't know about the sort of threads I've looked at, or what I typed. When I leave the room, I usually minimize the window if they are around.

My parents both know... I don't think they care much.. as long as I'm not looking at anything perverted or something. But either way I don't think they care.

My parents know. And they hate it. I told them I only go on for the guild (we havea guildfor our school) and for the journal, so whenever htey open my door I click to profile so they can only see my avatar >.<
They would die if they found out that what I'm posting "CAN BEE SEEN BY ANYONE!!!!!!" Yes Mom, I am going to tell everyone on the internet my street number, address, when I'm home alone, EVERYTHING. Especially when they are asking for help =

So, do your parents know or care about what people talk about in LI? i am like you. my parents don't know what i do on gaia and if the did know what i help with on life issues i wouldn't be allowed to be on. i always swich to something like chatterbox every time they come in the room

My Mom knows for certain, but she thinks it's great that there's a community so large to meet so many people.
My Dad has seen it but has no idea what it is and won't ask. I think he would be a bit worried, but I really don't care what he thinks.
