Welcome to the first mini-contest in my quest thread! ^^ I recently made changes to my thread from an art request thread to include a dream avatar I am questing for! To formally re-open the the thread though, I need your help!
Help me decide on my dilemma by designing me a Tektek Avatar get up using either of the two template skins below!
 
The winning avatar will inspire me to aim for my next look (not a dream avatar!), because I'm a little bored with what I currently have and wear and I am in need of your creative ideas. wink I am a fan of simple/uncluttered avatars, but having a little bit of attitude/uniqueness. If you'd like to see what avatars I've felt like doing before, visit this journal entry.
Before I forget, kindly keep it under 100k please! I don't have that much money yet, but that's my problem now isn't it? xd So without compromising the look, the cheaper the better even. Don't worry, I've got enough to supply prizes though!
1st place - 5k
2nd place - 3k
3rd place - 2k
consolation prizes - 300g
Prizes might increase depending on number of participants and my financial capability at the time of judging. xp
If I can't choose between a number of avatars, I will hold those ties up for popular vote. Note too that the winning piece may not be what I will look like exactly, but it will be what best inspired me to dress up as among the others. wink

Art Request SectionI do avatar art! Actually this thread used to be solely for that, and the proceeds would go to my quests, but now I'm opening it for donations, requests, and events so i don't have to make separate threads anymore. ^^
I offer my art services for a small donation of 2,000 to 5,000 gold per artwork, the exact price is all up to you depending on how much you want to donate or pay for the ordered artwork's worth.

I'm not a fan of complex avatars, but I consider it a challenge. I do OCs (original characters) or fan art (existing anime/game characters) if that is ordered, sometimes I will take on couple and or group art too (price to be negotiated).
I vary my styles depending on my mood, or unless specified. I could take as short as 2 hours to as long as 2 weeks depending on my mood, number of commissions, and volume of schoolwork.
Any art request placed and unfinished, to the end of two weeks time from the day I confirmed accepting the request, will be considered free. ^_^
If you are satisfied with my work, I won't stop you from giving tips! Just kidding. It's great enough to hear your feedback as to this will greatly influence and inspire me to continue with the collaboration art shop CMC I am working on with my co-artists eishimau and roister. This is a great idea!
I was thinking of doing the same myself with
stamps, blinkies, banners, signatures and profile headers.
I went and looked at the minishops and got a little intimidated.
But I love the people here in NSTG,
so I may copy you if you don't mind, LOL
I am gonna order something from you as well,
just have to think about the outfit.
