Well, I say we've got enough volunteers to make the ball a reality! We could set up a chat in AIM, or you can PM me with ideas. What do folks think? And is there a time that sorta works for everyone? My schedule flexes but I have blocks of time pre-booked.
Right now I feel like you'all are MY Dumbledore's Army! Thankee very much for volunteering!

Hmm...I have to say that I have some free time whenever. Usually at night. I work on the weekends, and friday. I go to school monday through thursday. ;] Thats my scedual.

OK, I am so thrilled and moved by all you volunteers. Taylor and Garnet, I'm just a wee bit paranoid about posting e-mails. Gaia permits AIM and MSN chat names, but as I told the Ravenclaws, let's PM each other with e-mails if you want to. The guild is open to anyone to read, they just can't post unless they are a guild member. So I edited your e-mails out of your posts.
We can choose a couple of ways to plan the Ball
One, an AIM chat. It's free, I use iChat to set it up and send out invites to each of you. That's my preference, IF, but a big IF, we can get a time that works for everyone. However one volunteer has already PMed me and let me know her parents won't allow her to get an AIM just yet. So if we do an AIM chat, I can PM her the transcript, or any one else who needs it.
Two, I can set up a conference call through free conference. com and we have a phone number we all call in to. The downside is, again finding a time that works for everyone AND, a biggie, it's NOT free, you would have to pay any long distance charges. I'm usually assigned an Iowa or Arizona number. Here, I have a flat rate calling plan, so that works for me, I don't pay extra. But how about you? Do you have a flat rate calling - if we all do that could work and it would be fun to hear your voices live and in person! But are you able to tie up one phone line for say a half hour to 45 minutes?
Three you can PM me with your ideas. (tho I prefer you PM our Guild Mule AccioFunds so my mail doesn't max out ). If we choose that option, I'll ask you all to friend AccioFunds, which makes it easy to forward group info to all of you at once as Gaia allows group PMs to be sent out to friends.

I say the first option. It's quick it's easy, everyone can express themselves in front of other members, and it's free. twisted
