Okay, meeting time!
Not much to discuss, as there is little happening, but we can try:
- Summer Event. Did everyone enjoy it?
- Is anyone still playing zOMG!?
- The clan has been boring lately. We should think of something to do, like a contest or event or something. Ideas are appreciated.

The event was terrible, talk about repetitive rolleyes
The prizes weren't even worth the while! It was a poorly planned out event in my eyes. They knew not many Gaians have time for an event right before school, and they made the event insanely difficult, which was a big waste of time just to get a damned sash that doesn't even look good (WTF do sashes have to do with science?!)
Anyways, we still never got through the "fun" every day things for our clan, is Darc still planning the Draw the Avatar Above you thread? Should we post more in the Clan Clan (not the Clan thread we do that already)

I might start playing zomg again in a few weeks, but seeing as I already completed all the quests then sold my rings, going from cl 1 to 10 with no quests = hard D;
btw I sent some fishies to the mule.

Almost zero to discuss.
I really loathed that so called "event." It was literally a cut out. I've read somewhere on this forum (preferably the SF or GCD or both) that events like this are going to continue. I hate to say this, but... I'm not looking forward to Halloween if this continues.
So, I propose we do our own Halloween event. Full or games, fun, maybe a little role play and more. If we plan now and focus on this, we can really make a bang out of a job. Hell, I can work on making our own little OCs come to life by drawing them.
With the latest news about zOMG!, I've come to the conclusion that it will become patch work after patch work and never come out of "open beta." Mind you, once a game is out, it is no longer in the "beta" stage. It's a released product and for them to keep altering it in the name sake of "open beta" is pathetic. But that won't stop me from writing about it.
Eh... open floor... I've been toying this idea around in my head again, and yeah, it's a lame one... but I've always wanted to create a site similar to the avatar sites we either love or loath. Meh... that's open floor for me.

Looks like I'm back just in time for the meeting.
I guess I didn't miss much with the event, and all. I'm just buying some of the items in the mp. There are a few that I like. I like the new salon updates as well, just one problem some of the dark black hair actually is more of a grey black, and doesn't work with my avatar.
Oh! A big Halloween event would be awesome. The rp sounds like fun. We could come up with our own story. xd Maybe have a tektek Halloween avatar contest.
Tony, how is the fishing idea coming along?
Zeny, I would like to do that yet. I just need to see who else is interested. The more that want to take part the better.
About zOmg, most know I rarely play it. I still have to many problems with lag.

The fishing idea has stalled. Nobody is posting ideas or schedules in the thread, so I have nothing to go on. If no interest is shown soon, I may just scrap the idea.

summer event:
idk. I liked having bosses to fight, though I suppose have a one-hit kill attack against bosses is kinda unfair.
zomg:
mostly playing goofball and trying to finish the random mini-events. all my rings are maxed out, so unless I want to get loot to make recipes, zomg is kinda boring at the moment.
clan:
I'm a bit concerned about the size of the clan. Bigger clans ally with other clans if they have a certain minimum number of members. Does that mean we are too small of a clan? Or are we the right size because then we can work together better because we know each other?
On the other hand, if all we do is chat about random topics, we don't really get anything done, or improve the clan. Sometimes I wonder if we even remember what the goals/purpose of the clan are. maybe an RP would help that, idk.
I'm also trying individually to forge my own path to determine what a knight truly is, though I get sidetracked a lot.

Summer event was.....ok. I thought it could be better, and the items were too difficult to obtain. Or rather, too long. But still pretty good.
Umm....I have played a few days ago to try and beat the EB. Again, I failed due to lag. So I don't really play anymore, nor do I plan to due to the lag that's so horrible, I can't even defeat the final boss without freezing. Until it gets better, no zOMG for me.
Lastly, I think a contest would be good. Although, I have no suggestions. I role play a lot, and usually my previous Clans would have role play fighting tournaments.(Which I'm not sure if this Clan even does) Or get involved with an event, (Which has already been done) so I don't really know. : P

Tried the event and didn't like it so I didn't complete it
Nope haven't played ZOMG in a very long time, I need to try to play again but i just can't seem to get in the mood to play sweatdrop

Tony; I see. It would have been fun to do.
It's so hard to do anything fun is this clan. Every time we plan on doing something it just falls apart. So I really hope we can work something out for Halloween.
Even the meetings are not what they used to be. I figured out each meeting we average 36 post. I think we should try to get others to join the clan. Maybe that way we can do more of the things we really want to.

Indeed. I think we need to do some through planning as a group, so that way, everyone is on the same page. It starts with participation, and there is a severe lack on it here. =|

I agree. Before we can look to gather new members, we have to ensure that we can keep members. We need to ensure that we all participate.
For example: the meeting has been up for about 5 days. And yet, there are some people that come online everyday and have yet to post in the meeting.
That is my only issue with new members. So far we've had a bad track record of obtaining new people, and if the older members don't participate, how can we set a good example for new ones?
