Okay, as we all know, many many arguments have been happening within SROTS, from posts in the Universal Hall, when we were in Tiny Chat, and now again in Skype. I hate to say this because sometimes our arguments can in fact help us to grow in a way, however one thing does need to stop, the personal attacks.
You know who you are, and no body should post saying there are no personal attacks or start pointing fingers. What I want done in this guild and in SU is the ending of personal attacks and insults, and to do this I am going to choose 3 to 4 people to play as my look outs for personal attacks and insults from this day forth. These four people will be in charge of contacting me and posting in this thread or another thread I will have made to give a heads up on what is going on with a copy of the conversation. If I get 3 of these people to show me more than one of these conversations going on in skype and within the guild, punishment will be given. (This does not include past arguments, only arguments starting on 1/23/2012 and so on.) A person will not get in trouble twice or more for the same report made by another person.
If you are caught arguing and making personal attacks 3 different times you will receive punishment to a point that you might have to be removed from your seat, and that is something I do not want to happen.
Anyway, I know you all might be upset at me over this, but here are the four people I choose. If they do not want it, I will choose another to take their seat, but these are my first choices to be my additional eyes and ears.
