Gannon… 
He thought for a moment before shaking his head. "Naw. The rain would just make it harder for us to move forward and they know where we are right now. We need to get out of here as fast as we can. But ya sure can help defend the group. That lightning of yer's will come in handy." He glanced at Nel and returned the young girl's smile. "I appreciate it, but if ya don't know, we might make the trip fer nothin'. Then again, we gotta go through Seraca on the way to Ce Palym..." He thought for a second. "We may as well give it a shot. Either way, we should start climbing as soon as we can." He knew he could transform and fly up to Ce Palym, but that would use a huge amount of his power, and he'd need everything he had if he was going to bust Melody out of the trap the C.P.G. set up for him.
With a plan set firmly in mind, he grabbed his pack, restocking what he'd need. Next, he turned his attention to his weapons. It would be too much to take both swords, so he'd have to make a choice. His huge broadsword was heavier, but it could crack through C.P.G. armor as easy as a hammer could crack a coconut. But on the other hand, the katana was much lighter and far sharper, not to mention its magical properties. After weighing he options, he grabbed the katana and attached the saya to his belt. "Alright, we ready ta go?"

The young-looking Reyvateil nodded vigorously. "I will do my best!" She chirped with a grin as she grabbed Gannon by the hand, urging him to get moving. "I'm ready to leave anytime!" A determined look replaced her happy-go-lucky demeanor. This girl, Melody, whoever she is she must mean a lot to Mr. Gannon. I must do everything I can to help them all out. I will try to use that entrance to the Tower. I will use my Song Magic, whatever it takes. She blinked, realizing something. Her hand released Gannon's as she turned to Hikari. "Since you're coming along, we should probably get to know eachother better too. You're going to sing as well right? If we synchronize our Songs together, they'll be far more powerful than if it was just one of us singing."

The blonde girl found herself speechless for a moment. "O-of course I'm going to sing!" She sputtered, her lips curling downward into a pout. "Before you got here, I was the only Reyvateil in the group and I've had to sing quite a few times already!" She pulled out the Pepen given to her and held it close, as she put herself in between Gannon and Nel. Her eyes wide with determination, she took a deep breath with a tint of red covering her cheeks and blurted out, "Hear that? I'm still going to sing. I'm going to keep singing and not stop until Melody's safe. So you can keep on using me as much as you want, okay!?" She had no idea how awkward that sounded until after she said it. "Uhmm... wait, that's not exactly how I meant it, but.." She shook her head. Hikari's gaze fell downward until she had it fixed on the deep cerulean of her boots. "Anyway, I don't have much on me to carry so I suppose I'm ready. We should leave soon." Her outburst and jealous fit over, she turned away from the Teru, completely embarrassed. She moved away from Gannon, and as she passed by Nel she nodded slightly. "Let's sing together, then," she whispered in passing to Nel.My Song is a Shining Light

Nereus Nereus continue to think on how he could improve his sword when he heard the others talking about leaving this place. He wasn't paying attention, but from what few words he heard and the Reyvateil's situation, he assume that they were leaving the place. Nereus took a few steps closer to hear better on what the group is going to do. He then heard about the rain not being necessary and so made his assumption correct. Nereus glance at everyone quickly and barely notice that besides himself, that Aaron was the only human in the group. He then ponder to himself. All of them in the group have something to be proud of. The Reyvateil have their song, the Teru have their magic, and even Aaron is skilled with the sword. Yet, I have not shown any use to the group. I want to be in the cause of helping all the Reyvateils from whatever is going to happen, but most of all; I want my friend to get her memory back,Nereus was pacing back and forth as he thought to himself, waiting for anything to happen

Guilt flooded through Aaron's entire being as he heard the hesitation in Hikari's voice. He knew exactly what she was trying to ask and he also knew the reason why she hesitated. She was afraid that she had been the one at fault for Aaron's leaving. No, Hikari. If anyone should be begging forgiveness, it's me. He sighed and allowed himself to relax when Hikari's focus was diverted from him. He moved over to the table and poured himself something to drink. After all, he was going to need something to sustain him as it looked like they were going to be travelling at another grueling pace. He began to drink when Hikari blurted out some rather controversial line about Gannon using her in any way he saw fit, and then he choked on his drink. He finally managed to sputter, "WHAT!?" After quite a big coughing fit.

Gannon…
Gannon was taken a bit by surprise as Nel took a hold of his hand. It was something he definitely wasn't used to. But what was more surprising was Hikari's outburst. Before the Teru could say anything about it, he heard Aaron choking on his drink. Apparently, Gannon wasn't the only one who was surprised. This is awkward... "Well, um anyways, let's get going. Aaron, you and Nereus take point. Mana and..." He glanced at the one eyed girl. What was her name again? Ina. That's it. "Ina. You two keep an eye for anyone coming up on our flank." The Teru adjusted his bag so it was hanging off to the side so he could carry the sick FPD on his back. He gently picked her up and was worried by how warm her skin was. He spoke quietly to her in Hymmnos. [It's going to be alright. You'll be feeling better soon.] The Teru called on his magic, lowering his body temperature to try and help the poor girl. "Alright. Let's go." Gannon headed out the door. As he passed Miko, he whispered "Stay close."

Ina Ina grab both of the hilt and went outside with Blitz following her. She waited for the others to come out, and while doing so she close her eye and let out a big sigh. Blitz hug Ina leg to try and comfort her. Ina put a hand on top of Blitz head while grasping tightly on the hilt, hoping that she may get a clue to the red head man. "I'm ready whenever, just waiting for the others, right?"

"Let's get the hell outta here, then," Mana pushed ahead down the hallway, eager to get moving. She grabbed her twin sister by the hand, halfway dragging her and their belongings with. Time was of the essence after all. "Seraca, right? Hurry it up, guys."

The younger of the twins nodded wordlessly at Gannon as he passed her. When her older sister grabbed her she yelped from the surprise. "Mana, what are you-eep!?" She found she had no choice but to follow quickly behind her sister, unless she wanted to land square on her own behind.

"Yeah." Aaron responded, agreeing with the Teru. He pushed past the others and headed for the door. With one last glance around the place to make sure that everyone had taken what they needed, he sighed and opened the door. He wasn't exactly happy about being on the road again. He'd been on the run for so long, truth be told, he was starting to grow weary of it. And it probably wasn't very good for any of the Reyvateils travelling with them either. What could he do though? As long as Hikari was alive, the C.P.G. would track her to the ends of Fa Ciel; from the very tip of the tower to below the hellish Sea of Death if it meant that they could get their hands on her once again. The only thing Aaron could do is ensure that it didn't happen.
He hesitantly stepped outside, eyes scanning the area; scouting for anything out of place. Once satisfied, he signaled the others to follow him. They would have to move quickly. If there were C.P.G.'s nearby, they were bound to return to check on the situation before long and Aaron wanted to be long gone by then.

Gannon…
They were on the road again, much sooner than he had planned. He glanced around at those around him and wondered how they were going to make it. It didn't cross his mind that they wouldn't make it, He just didn't know how at the moment. Everyone there was tired, and most weren't used to being on the road, let alone being chased by trained soldiers. "Aaron, the safe house you spoke of... How sure are you that we can trust it?"

"Yeah," Aaron answered. After a hesitant pause, he continued. "It's my family's house, and it's under the Church's Sanctuary." Aaron pushed further on ahead of the Teru before Gannon could get a read on him. If there was one weak point on Aaron, it was touching on his past and his family. Years later, he still found it overwhelmingly painful. But it wasn't something he wished to open up and share either.

I finally get to see it! Aaron's home! Where he grew up as a little child! She blushed at the thought but then an upsetting thought occurred to her. But wait, why is he finally showing me his home? Maybe it's not me at all... She cast a quick albeit jealous glance over at Nel who trotted behind her and frowned. I'll bet it's to impress her... She shook her head vehemently. Ugh! Why should I care? I told myself... It's not like that with us. Aaron means... nothing to me. Just as I... meant nothing to him... She wobbled unsteadily for a few moments as thoughts and voices flooded into her mind. "No... no..." She squeezed her eyes shut and halted abruptly. "Stop it..." She whispered. "Please, stop..." Finally, the voices died down and she could continue going. She quickened her steps to keep pace with the others.My Song is a Shining Light

The Beacon of Hope for Everyone~ Hikari ~ Hikari managed a weak smile. "[Please, do not worry for me. I will be all right. I'm afraid that my emotions will overwhelm me and I'll lose control, so for now I must not waver.]" She explained somewhat in Hymmnos to Gannon.
As far as Hikari could tell, this was self-inflicted. As long as she held negative thoughts and feelings, she would feel ill and come close to relapsing. Determined not to let that happen, she hugged herself for reassurance and pushed on ahead.
As they pressed on, she frowned. "How far is it? Do you... do you think Melody is going to be all right?"My Song is a Shining Light
