Diana had been to Gotham plenty of times before and she always mentally pointed out how 'dead' the city looked. The pits of Tartarus seemed to be more lively than this. "Has it always been like this...dreary I mean.." She asked him. She had to admit she was surprised Bruce actually let those kids dwell in his cave like that maybe Clarke was starting to rub off on him a little.

"Not quite," Batman replied. He was looking for anything out of the ordinary... They passed a bright purple car that was parked outside of a restaurant, and his grip on the steering wheel tightened slightly. Well, really out of the ordinary. "With all the chaos, all the smart people are staying indoors."

(( This is Eveserene...clearly my account has been hacked into, but yeah just letting you know))

"The joker."She said her voice trailing as she looked at the purple car. She wondered, if he was here, what was doing here? " So I guess that doesn't make us to bright then.."She said smirking.

Batman actually smiled. Very slightly. For a split second. "Probably not."

Unfortunately Diana wasn't the type to sit around. A plan of action was called for, even though it wasn't exactly her mission Batman wasn't the only one tense around here.

"What are we going to do?" She asked him knowing it would be so easy for her to just knock the doors down, grab whoever needed grabbing and be done with it.

Just then, Batman stopped the car, rolled the top back, and jumped out. "You're going to wait here," he said pointedly, and then disappeared into the shadows. A minute or so later, the distant sound of someone--a man-- yelling and panicking could be heard. A minute or so after that, he came back and got in the car. "New York." The car was back in gear, and they sped off once again.

Diana blinked as he got out the car , but before she could protest he was gone. She waited there patiently until she heard the cries of someone in agony, but before she could even think to get out of the vehicle Batman returned. She arched an eyebrow and gave him the most curious look she could ever give anyone as they headed off to New York City.

If Batman felt her looking at him, he didn't acknowledge it.

"So, you've heard of me from that pink menace? Seems he has a use after all...What is it you want from me?"

In the Commissar's base, a lone figure talking to the chamber containing the Commissar's brain spoke, having trouble speaking because of a deformity he possessed from a previous encounter. This was none other then Scarecrow and he had given up on the Joker as a source to get revenge on Tony Stark, instead he turn to the Commissar, the person that pink monster had mentioned.

"I need a fay to..."

The Commissar couldn't understand this human correctly due to his deformity, so the monitor beside the Commissar flashed once before turning on, presenting a keyboard for Scarecrow to type in so it wouldn't be so hard to understand him.

"Fine..."

The Scarecrow began to use his digits to type into the keyboard since his fingers had lost a good portion of their meat from being burnt alive, making him quite skeleton like. Luckily, the Commissar had offered to give him a few enhancement restoration drugs, the same he tried using on himself before coming to the conclusion to use Weapon X instead.

I need to claim a power source large enough to fuel my Terror Machine to cover New York in Fear Toxin. While New York is covered in Fear Toxin, my No Fear Toxin would let those who have taken it to be immune to the Fear Toxin, generally destroying New York or killing themselves in the process. I need your help in claiming it and in return, I will provide my own services to your organization: The Eastern Bloc. This includes antidotes to Fear Toxin, my medical expertise and my other qualities. I need the power source to be from Stark Industries.

The Commissar had to admit, this Scarecrow could be useful in distracting the Justice League for a time since they were investigating the Eastern Bloc or not; the Commissar's sensors couldn't tell since their wasn't enough data to be sure. Stark Industries no doubt had some great robotics schematics and the power source claimed there could also help the Commissar's own projects. Reluctantly after weighing the cons of this partnership, the Commissar agreed.

"I will send my Comrads to Stark Industries instead of the location of Wolverine."

The Commissar sent the orders when he was interrupted by the Scarecrow, speaking instead of typing what he wanted to say.

"I need to fee there too, for refenge..."

The Commissar mildly understood what Scarecrow had said and instead directed his Comrads to return to the HQ outpost to take Scarecrow along with them. For purposes of maintaining his innocents, the Commissar was going to have the Comrads be colored orange and green, so their allegiance would seem to the Scarecrow’s instead of the Commissar's.

"Go down the hall and take the third right; it has a teleporter that will teleport to the outpost and from there, my five Comrads disguised as your own drones will take you to Stark Industries to do whatever it is you need, then return here when you are sure you aren't followed. Call those units as Pumpkods as for Pumpkins so they can't make the connection back to me; I need to remain innocent or the Justice League will be on me with full force."

Scarecrow nodded and went down the hall, taking the third right as instructed. In the room was a teleporter that glowed red and the Scarecrow took it, being transported across town to the HQ outpost as designated. Now, Scarecrow needed to wait for the Pumpkods to arrive so he can head over to Stark's Industries and finally deal the revenge he wanted so badly.

Pixie spent most of the trip trying to concentrate on holding the door up in the air. She tried to keep from busy streets as to keep from being spotted by anyone wearing a batsuit. Out of the corner of her eyes she kept a look-out on Spidey. As she'd reminded him before he passed out, the villains around here would have had a field day if they found him laying unconcious on a floating door. Especially the Joker. Pixie cringed mentally at the thought of what he would have done, and suddenly her planned seemed kind of stupid. Why bother going to all this trouble? He was just going to wake up and run off. Most heros did that. Her eyes scanned the area infront of her again, they were getting close to her crappy apartment and she really didn't want anyone knowing where she lived. She glanced back at Spidey again, her lie for him was going to be perfect. It was a friends place. That line worked for everything, god forbid it failed her then. Slowly she brought the door down to the front of her apartment. She pulled Spidey off and then sent the door flying off in the distance. Spidey was still laying on the ground and she sighed. He looked heavy compared to her small figure and the door to her apartment was too narrow for her to move him telepathically inside. (She had terrible aim when it came to that sort of thing and she didn't feel like having to explain any bruises) She grabbed his arm and pulled him onto her back with a sudden heave. Quickly she unlocked the door with her free hand, and carried him inside. The room was small and cramped. There were various boxes labeled with things like, 'Junk from Metropolis.' 'Move to Ivy's place.' and 'Christmas presents from Rogues.' She honestly was terrified to open those. Carefully avoiding each box she made her way to the couch, lifting the clothes and other objects off with her mind she dumped them in a corner by her kitchen. Slowly she pulled Spidey off her back and onto the now semi-clean sofa. She was sure there had to be something gross still lingering on it. She situated him and even set a blanket by his feet in an act of maternity. She pulled a pillow from a stack of boxes and set it under his head. After she finished she stepped backwards and sank into the pile of clothes. Now all she had to do was wait. For what, she wasn't certain. She closed her eyes and sighed once again, the feeling she had was strange, it was almost like what she'd felt when she helped out at the homeless shelter before she'd gotten her powers. It felt foreign and out of place in her. Pixie held a hand up and a bottle of ice tea drifted lazily into her palm. It wasn't that she didn't like the feeling, it was just odd. Geez, is this what heros feel like? No wonder they lose their mind sometimes. She thought leaning her head back into what felt like a pair of jeans and taking a sip of the tea. She hated living in a mess like her apartment currently was, but she'd just moved in recently after an inccident with a mob boss destroyed her old place. She hadn't had any time to unpack yet so when she came home it was usually to sleep or eat. She sank in deeper into the soft pile of clothes, she started to feel a little tired. Her hand started to go limp and the tea rolled out and onto the floor. Quickly, she fell asleep.

((Whoa. Sorry about the length!!))

{Enter from New York}

Batman, meanwhile, was several blocks away, watching the whole thing through a pair of heat-sensing binoculars. Well, now he knew were Purple Pixie lived. As for the rest of the situation, he was in the extremely unusual position of not knowing what to make of any of it. Was that Spider-man? If it was, how had he gotten away from the cave so fast? And unconscious? How many things could knock out Spider-man in that amount of time? If it wasn't Spider-man, who was it? He couldn't be sure, but the figure seemed somewhat... slighter. Either way, why on earth was Purple Pixie, a girl who was by all accounts just as crazy as the Clown Prince of Crime, helping him? She hadn't even tied him up, from what he could tell.

He hesitated for another second, looking from one brightly glowing figure to the other, then put the binoculars away and spoke quietly into his JLA communicator. "Superman, come in."

Pixie stirred then opened her eyes slowly. What happened? Her body ached like she'd been at a really fun party. Glancing at her belly to make sure there weren't any tattoos with some random guys name on it, she pulled a sock off her face and sat up. Spotting Spidey on the coach the memories hit her quickly. Oh yeah... she thought to herself as she stood up and yawned. Scratching the back of her head she wandered into the kitchen, grabbing the cold coffee that sat in the maker and pouring it into a mug and putting it into the microwave. As it heated she walked over to Spidey. She hovered over him a second, going throug his head, past his subconscious and into his now dormant conscious. She pulled through some of his memories and found he was pretty tore up from the day. The beeping microwave snapped Pixie back to reality as she turned and hurried back into the kitchen, tripping over boxes and falling flat onto her face. But she jumped back up in seconds ignoring that it even happened at all as she skipped into the kitchen and grabbed her coffee and taking a huge sip. What now? She wondered watching Spidey on the couch. I suppose I could wrap his injuries or get him some medicine from the pharmacy down the street. She hated going in there though, the clerk always gave her this weird look like he was thinking about dirty things. Which he was, and that's what creeped her out the most. Setting the now empty mug down Pixie jumped onto her counter and started to dig through drawers and cabniets trying to find some sort of medical instrument. Nothing. She thought dryly, hopping onto the floor and leaning against the counter. She was going to have to stop by the store and pick up a few things. Grabbing a purple hoodie with the words, Gotham, printed across the front she hurried outside, locking the door on her way out. As she walked towards the store she had the strangest feeling someone was watching her. She crossed her arms and shivered, as far as she knew, no one was close by.

Superman's voice crackled over Batman's comunicator. "Go ahead, Batman."
