I just realized, the one-year anniversary of the IPG was February 14, and we didn't do anything for it!
Well, that specified that we doing something anniversary-ish, that is.

I am politely choosing to say tl;dr on the Japanese detailings, because I sincerely do not need more confusion in my Japanese A101 class. No offense meant, Koiyuki. I'm just really trying to get used to Hiragana and Katakana, both of which require that I think in those characters instead of Romanji (like you used).

Lord Vyce madamfluff I apologise gentlemen, I get so angry about rape because it's one of the highest crimes in the country here. This made me mad a bit, because my girlfriend was raped a few years ago, and she decided that she was going to keep the child, because she doesnt believe in abortion. If you are going to make a comment like that, word it better then "Who in their right mind...". Agreed. Simply because all people are different. I know lots of women that keep rape pregnancies. But women who are not able to or do not feel that they could carry a pregnancy should have the option to choose.

I'm maybe thinking that my opinion was influenced by what is the general feeling of rape and pregnancy in this country. It's often considered a crime to even have sex with a virgin girl (if you are a Zulu or Tswana person) as you compromised her bridewealth (aka lobola) - and end up paying a fine for it. Rape is controversal that some people just pretend it doesn't exist whilst others literally take the law into their own hands and castrate the ******** as soon as they find him. Most women do not keep the baby in most cases here, unless they are from more conservative areas, unless of course they are unmarried and need to still pretend that they are a virgin - often the woman gets blamed for the rape that she was "asking for it". This is another reason why I think Canada is a tame place to live in. Less patriarchal bullshit there me thinks.

Thius is meant for those starting out, not students that already know it are are already studying it. And that is also why I use a dictionary when I see words in Romaji. Have you tried that?
