db3789 And it was at this point that Alec thought he and Luna should make a tactical retreat. While still utilizing Twilight, he could see everything clear as day through the haze of fog. Luna was right in front of him, and as the flames died down, Alec came up and grabbed her from behind. He shouted loud enough for her to hear him over the commotion in the room. "We need to get outta here. Hang on, this is gonna feel weird." And with that, Alec closed his eyes and envisioned himself and Luna in Enlil Corp's lobby.
Two seconds later, a bright flash of light was seen in the room Ialo was in, and the two of them were instantly teleported from the room to directly in front of the main desk. The red emergency lights were still on, and everything was bathed in their off-red glow. Once Alec and Luna were safely in one piece, Alec let her go, fully expecting her to feel sick after going through a teleportation sequence that quickly. That kind of transportation was something that people had to get used to, and some never fully did. Luna's stomach lurched as Alec teleported her to the lobby. However, once fully settled, she exhaled. That felt uncomfortable, so close to Alec in those few short moments before he let her go. She shook her head and realized what had just happened. "Why didn't you try doing that before?" she asked, incredulous. "The whole, going from one place to another. I mean, that would have been a great help just a few minu-" She shut her mouth and closed her eyes, lifting a hand at him for emphasis. "Forget it. I hope we're not missing anything important." Like seeing if Ialo is okay. I wonder if what ever has happened to him made him a bit less... weak.

Ambrose stood by the window, looking out to where the light bounced off the trees, off the morning dew, and formed a magical sight. In the back of his mind, he thought of Danni. She'd brought him out in the morning a few times when they'd been on the island, had showed him things like this. It was a quiet sort of beauty that she'd never admit to enjoying.
He could give her this, he thought, and cupped his palms together in front of him, and from out of nowhere water formed in his hands, solidifying slightly into a crystal clear bubble. As he held the bubble up to his eye, it seemed to absorb everything he saw, and when he pulled it back and looked it down, he was satisfied. It was now like a silent colored movie scene inside the bubble, with light bouncing off trees and water, a never ending scene of contentment that rotated in the bubble. He pulled a silver cord from out of nowhere as well, and hung the bubble from it, forming a pendant of sorts.
This would be hers, when she herself couldn't see it. She'd be pleased, he knew, and he'd enjoy seeing the light come into her eyes when he gave it to her. It was the simple things, like bouncing light, that usually made her the happiest, though one wouldn't know it from looking at her. With a content smile, he studied his handiwork, his eyes gentle, though he didn't know it.

"Lin," Ambrose turned, the orb still in his hand, a soft smile on his face. "I'm sorry to say I'll be leaving this afternoon. I find I'm missing my baby sister." He said, not expecting her to understand how he could form an attention with a dark sorceress.

Danni ... I'll find you ... I'll find you. Night told himself feverishly as he and Sly were teleported to a destroyed city of the United states. "Do you sense it Sly? ... It's pure hatred pulsing from this earth ... Alot of people died here." He grumbled kicking a stone watching it turn to ash. "hard to believe this place was once a town ... maybe even a city." He sighed looking at the dark sky. "Alright this isn't the time for depression, we have to find Danni before the trio of demons do."
He gave a deep roar as, from his back, Purple crystal like wings sprouted, the Wings were a shiny purple platinum. Mirror like to where one could see their face clearly. "Alright the most promising spell came from here... no one is around, and no one still lives here ... all we have to do is find out where it is."

Eldest froze suddenly, lifting his head a bit, as though studying the sky. "Da?" She asked, and Salem blinked, looked down at her and smiled. "Sorry. Let's go get some ice cream." He said, and got a general cheer of agreement from his family that surrounded him.
But even as he smiled and laughed along with his 'daughter', Eldest's mind was racing. His precious little warrior's family had found them...almost. Of course, there was no way they could ever actually be found. It had been a very complex spell, creating a transportable illusion town. All the buildings, all the people around them were nothing but illusions, set amidst the actual rubble. The whole thing had in fact been placed over the rubble left from the old town.
They'd all been placed inside the illusion, so that they, too, didn't in fact actually 'exist'. Yes, Night and Sly may be able to sense their energy patterns, but they could walk right past, or even right through any or all of the Ancients or even Danni and feel nothing but a brief cold spell. It was like an invisible ghost town, with only slight feelings left behind. But in the eyes of Danni and the ancients, the clean buildings and chattering people were all quite real.

Had they been searching for minutes or days? It was impossible to tell with the ever dark sky; The smell of chard earth filling their noses, and the screams long dead filling night's mind as the spirits who refused to leave their place of dieing Attacked the only person that could hear and see them in so long. "I don't like this place there's to many souls ... to many children screaming for my help. yet something tells me our salvation, out goal, lay hidden on this earth." He sighed grabbing his head. "sorry I get weird when there are to many souls around."

"I may be younger than you cursed one, but I am still a God. And you, you're nothing but a mortal." Horus placed his hand on the grip of a small blade strapped to his waist, it was around the size of a hunting knife. "Retribution, Diminish the hopes of all the universe."
The blade burst into what seemed like glinting dust in the pale moonlight, some momentarily golden from Horus' glow. The metallic dust reformed itself into a large golden hawk-like mask upon his face, while his feet rapidly began to disfigure themselves. His arms grew outwards from his body, becoming thin as the fingers quickly extended. Horus' feet were now similar to those of a raptor; large, predatory talons and a grip that could bend steel. Very strange protrusions began to slide from between the skin on his arms, and rather quickly he had a massive pair of reddish gold wings. The feathers themselves, if they truly could be called feathers, seemed not to aid his flight, but rather some other unknown purpose.
"The power of the Altered's is amazing..." He grinned, devilishly.

"Congratulations, you're immortal," Ialo-the-dragon spat. "You're also IN MY WAY!" The dragon reared up, and blue and white fire erupted from his jaws. It wasn't aimed at anywhere in particular, but was to make a magnificently blinding light show as Ialo charged Horus. Neither of them could see, and the pungent smell of smoke masked all other immediate scents.
Isn't it amusing? The dark Entity turned to the Human and the Dragon. This is no time for laughter! What are you talking about? Why, even though we are all together, He still retains tendencies from the Human's reign. Excessive jabbering, for one. And narrow-mindedness. The Entity laughed. As an outsider, it could see more than the other two could. I have never seen someone who restricts himself so! Power is a glorious thing, so use it, you fool!
Ialo's body became consumed by a dark magic, an aura that seemed to negate Horus's magic.

The Altered lowered his head as the dragon charged, and by the time the smoke had cleared, the two remained floating high above the ground, forehead and snout locked together; neither seemed capable of any form of physical advantage against the other. But this worked in Horus' favor. "Whirl until the end of days." Horus' pressure increased, weighting all in the nearby area with dense excessive spiritual energy. The wind outside the building was picking up rapidly; hell, it seemed almost to be doubling its speed every few seconds. Horus remained steadfast, he had yet to so much as twitch a muscle. This beastly dragon however was not adapted to such windy conditions while Horus' thin, sleek body allowed for perfect control.

Ialo growled, but he had to surrender by pulling in his wings and falling back. His body was for flying in storms like these, not meant for holding still. This sucked, quite frankly. Not the wind, but the whole ordeal. Ialo could have killed Krauser by now, if it weren't for Horus. It seemed impossible to pose any major threat against the Altered, he would just make it impossible to get close to him. Ialo growled again, to himself. His close-range attacks wouldn't be any good if it was such an effort just to get close. Mid-range would be iffy, so it seemed far-range would be the way to go.
Ialo's eyes glowed red. All the energy around, the dragon was using to generate a magical lightning that speared right through the wind, and attacked Horus.
((How'd you manage that?))

CRACK! The lightning struck Horus across the face, his head launching backwards. Slowly, he raised his head, revealing jagged black streak across the left half of the gold; it seemed as though it was beginning to break away in places. His left eye could be seen through the mask quite clearly still, and from the looks of it he had gone blind, temporarily in the least. Elegantly, decisively, and rather violently he threw his arms back towards the building, smashing them viciously into the panels of windows. As he drew them back in, dozens of the strange feathers lay embedded within the glass. He ducked his head in, he set his wings back, he brought his talons up; the raptor went in for the kill.
((wasn't paying attention and slammed into the back of this ladies car at like 45mph xD surprisingly no one got hurt and the lady said she barely even felt her car move *phew*)) ((im guessing this doesnt come as a shock hahahaha))
