With five more dead clowns in a flash, River was covered with blood splatter. If only the blood were as colorful as the outfits they wore, River would probably not remind much. This gang of zombie loving freaks wore mocking bright colors taking cosplay and twisting it to a whole new level. Raising her axe high before she let gravity help her ram the axe head into one of the wounded clown’s head. The blades sliced at the soft skin before reaching bone. River had an idea on the back of her head for a mask being needed from now on. Eww moments while in a fight was not acceptable. She attacked the other wounded clown with a sharp slash across the chest before she returned an attack to one of the attacking clowns. The top heavy weight left her with little attack options. So basically she went with the flow and tried to notice when she needed to guide, and when to follow. Thinking now of the possible enchantment on Soul Thief River wondered what he would do, or if he would take requests. She had a vision of lightning strikes attacking those whom she had just hit. Could spells even work like that? She was curious to learn more with magic. She had always liked the earth element but she was starting to bond with thunder. It was unpredictable, but loyal. River attacked another clown with two hits, smashing down on it to knock it away, then another clown she had hit twice as well making her attacks at the number of seven in just a few short moments.

River did not bother with trying to block their attacks; instead she waited until they got close before she revved the chain axe and did another blowback running through a row of clowns in the crowd getting three of them; splitting their stomachs, ribs and intestine at random. ”I'll be close to 20 kills after these guys I think. What bout you?” She asked glancing back at Gig before she raised the axe high then slammed it down on a fourth clown trying to sever the neck. Mm 15? 16? She thought looking around her trying to count her kills. She was going to hold Gig to his little taunt, and she was gonna beat him at his game. She wanted to prove she was no longer a kid. Twirling the axe, River attacked another by ramming the head tip forward into the back of one of the clowns, ripping at bone, trying to chop organs. Yanking the axe free; blood and flesh splashed back but she followed the flow and slashed at two more that were trying to attack. When the blowback died down; there was a ribbon of blood spray showing her path. ”Who’s next?” She asked and rested the axe handle on her shoulder. 18 down... keep em coming.

River scoffed at the silence Gig gave, leaving her question unanswered. She shrugged at the attack group and popped her axe handle off her shoulder stretching as she readied for another good chance to attack. Not that it mattered, those clowns seemed weak. She appreciated that she was surrounded and because of the weak attacks, she didn't care about being hit; all she wanted to do was kill. She listened to the hum of her weapon as she twisted slightly slashing three different clowns; before she lowered the axe with a flick of her wrist to attack the same three. Another clown came close to her right side moving only slightly in her peripheral vision and just close enough that she simply hefted the axe high then slammed the heavy head hard into the skull trying to kill with a single blow.
