Bullene Katsurou Funnily enough, most lightning jutsu Stop your movement or slow it down.
So saying that lightning jutsu gives you a boost is totally unfounded. Wait, couldn't in some weird superhero world, electricity can increase the cells' energy in the leg muscles giving it an extra 'jolt'? Isn't that what the Flash does? but except with the speed force or whatever? lol :3

Are you really going to sit here and tell me I don't know whats up with a guild that I am a VC in and have been a member of for almost a year? Speed in the Raiken clan is entirely based on their ability to infuse their steps with lightning chakra. YOU are a Genin and infusing enough chakra to reach Jounin level speed would DRAIN YOU. I fought this Clan before you even knew what it was man. I know what the deal is and how to beat it. My fight against Drew's RPC Naito Raiken was the defining moment of my only RPC in this guild. And as a VC it is my job to know these things. Jounin can move the way they do because they have much more chakra than the lower levels and they are superior at controlling it and channeling it into their feet a way that allows them to move efficiently. Thus is the base purpose of the tree climbing and water walking exercises. Your RPC, as a Genin, lacks the necessary chakra control to maintain those speeds. Chakra is what gives shinobi superhuman speed, they aren't just naturally able to move faster that the speed that they eye can track.

Dude yu are just going to be a baby when yu lose and Jman yourstarting an argument and one more thing that not why i am jounin fast it all teh training I have done with the lighting Jman butt no you don't aask and I don't have the cla remeber the dojutsu is my thing. I don't have to put chakra in my feet to be at jounin level speed do you get it now
