Greetings and well met. I'm Sylphi. I like to debate, draw, dance, and do other things which start with the letter 'd'. My current research passions are over-criminalization with regard to laws about 'sexual crimes' and the Mongols. Dude, Genghis ******** Khan. I'd say that I curse like a sailor, except that I have a friend in the Navy and he complains that I curse too much. Don't mind it, it's just my normal way. I tend to be strongly opinionated and yet not really care at the same time. My passion in life is drawing comics, and I want to be a professional pornographer 'when I grow up.' If I can't do that, I'd like to run a sex-toy shop or draw pornographic comics. Or just comics in general. I prefer not to identify as 'male' or 'female', 'gay' or 'straight' (or bi.) I do identify as liberal Democrat goth intellectual nerd geek gamer fangirl feminist atheist semi-polygamous human. At least, I think I identify as human. I live in Cambridge, MA, but will be moving to DC in under a month. OY! Their summer's even hotter than ours! I have a lot of weird tics and personality quirks, which I'm sure will come out over time. Just to give you an example, I'm afraid of sunlight. I have three bottles of sunscreen, won't go out without a hat, and will run for the shade as quickly as possible when I do. I never open my blinds if I can help it and the sunlight coming through them is very annoying. Birthday: 10/18/82 Picture'Tis meself in the middle. SnakeIn whiteMy RP characters

Hah, thank you.
I'm long-winded, too! I forgot to mention that, but I think it's already clear.

Sylphi Hah, thank you. I'm long-winded, too! I forgot to mention that, but I think it's already clear. I wouldn't say long-winded. Perhaps 'likes to post a lot', as is evident by your clear conquest over the front page of the guild's topics? mrgreen xd

I am long-winded, trust me. I'm also kind of a Gaia-addict, which leads to frequent posting, and I was bored last night and homg, decently intellectual conversation! So yeah...
That and I saw a notice somewhere in the stickies/announcements about not posting enough leading to guild expulsion, and I have this habit of forgetting that I'm *in* guilds and so not visiting them, and after Koi was nice enough to invite me to join I didn't want to just not post, so I wanted to make sure I posted a bit and would remember to come back...

Hello everyone. *bows* I must admit, I'm rather confused about why I was accepted into the guild; I was not given an interview nor did I submit an essay. Is this a mistake perhaps? Ah well. Just call me Faith. I enjoy all forms of art, but the kinds I am active in are drawing and film. Currently I am attending a community college and university; the university I take film courses at. My goal is to make two films by the end of the next summer, so I'm working to buy a camera. I also draw quite a bit and do some Gaia commissions. I enjoy debating but only when it's done properly. I view debates as an opportunity to learn and exchange ideas, not flame or argue senselessly. As a friend of mine put it: Grip of Death I hope you won't be too disapointed by your recent observations that many people can't approach a sensitive topic with maturity, nor understand the proper way to debate. I've been involved in multiple debates on Gaia and rarely are topics discussed with a mature understanding or respect. Most people get offended and rarely ask the other party to elaborate on their ideas. Although I'm willing to admit there are some topics in ED that are just completely inane and deserve no attention whatsoever and others that are very heated with interesting information on both sides. sweatdrop Anyway, I was very happy to be accepted. I'm quite a pervert but also love to learn and engage in intellectual conversations with others. I'm open to discussing just about any topic. Feel free to chat with me anytime; but I warn you, I am quite the biter. xd Thank you for accepting me into the guild. P.S. If you want pictures of me, you need only click my website link. It's the link to my MySpace site.

Having the same trouble as Chiku, though likely because I don't have Gmail. Any chance you could upload them to Photobucket, Imageshack, or any of those other numerous upload sites?
And i'll get a POOL'S CLOSED macro done. :3

Psh. Needs moar ToS-pushing images, Chiku. ;] The third image is rather awesome, though. -fapfapfap?-
Gmail invite, huh? What's actually the perks of Gmail? Other than the fantabulous storage space for pictures which can easily be uploaded onto image hosting sites?
Does it cook my dinner for me too, or send me to my particular favourite pr0n site images by simple thought alone? neutral
Thanks for the offer, Chiku, but i'm fine. I have about nine different email accounts anyway. x3

Sorry, Taily. I have a harder time getting good ToS-pushing images. But we will try for our darling Tailos.
