Ilyia wandered to the side, standing against a wall and making several vain attempts to reach her origins to relay a message, but a silver glow emitted faintly from her as finally she found some fortune for her efforts. Several seconds later it died down and she raised her head, a contemplative stare falling over the Divine Creation's face.

A silent knock on the door resounded as Tuomas cautiously peeked into the throne room. There were more present than he had thought would be as he walked in and bowed to Ari.
"Welcome home, my queen. It is good that you are safe. Luferius has sent me to see if I may be able to aid you in removing those odd shackles."
He gestured to the chains, noticing for the first time that they seemed to bind her to Ryn. The odd man of Nyx's council was intimidating, but not as much with the catlike creature clinging to him.
"Well, that is a predicament."

Looking at Tuomas, Ari smiled.
"Thank you, that would really help."
She looked down at the chain that was still firmly around her ankle and tried giving it one more tug.
"It doesn't seem like it will come off easily."

The youth cautiously approached the throne and carefully examined the chains. He frowned as he detected magics interwoven in the links themselves. Kneeling down, Tuomas turned the bindings over in his hands before turning to Ryn.
"I am not familiar with these types of magical properties. What manner of creature did these chains belong to?"
As he said this, the chains gave an odd glow, causing Tuomas to drop them and step back a few paces.

Tuomas' sudden movement caused Ari to quickly stand from the throne.
"Did something happen? What did you do?"
Still attached to Ryn, Leto couldn't help but snicker at the reactions to the chain.
"That's Acherrrrron forrr mew. Always leaving trrricks and trrraps."

Tuomas shook his head, eyes still fixed on the chains.
"I do not believe I have done anything."
He only glanced up slightly when Leto spoke.
"Acheron? Who is that?"

"Ryn and Luferius said it was an incubus that attacked."
She tried to back away as much as the chains would let her. Tuomas' expression worried her, and she began to wish more that the chains would somehow just fall off.

The youth's face paled at these words. He looked down at the glowing links then back to Ryn and Ari.
"A-An incubus? That can't be good."
He stepped back a few more paces, careful not to even get near the chain.
"Are you feeling anything strange? Any odd feelings coming off of the chain or the magic surrounding it?"

Ilyia raised an eyebrow, contemplating the potential reasoning for an Incubus, of all creatures, to bind a lady to a male besides himself. Her thoughts wound up inconclusive, though she shook her head to further clear her mind.
"I'm guessing this is no simple-minded Incubus either, considering the choice of binding. Does no one know what is happening here?"

Ari looked from Tuomas to Ilyia, feeling even more panicked by the minute. She tried to resist the urge to touch the chain, even to try removing it again.
"What should we do? Ilyia, do you know about something like this?"

Ilyia narrowed her eyes, considering the origins of the chain in retrospect. She came over and knelt down, inspecting the links and lowering her head slightly in shame.
"What in the world... it all makes sense for origin, but purpose still eludes me. Incubi are generally Demons of self-indulgence, to make matters simple. Why you'd find yourself bound to another just escapes all sense."

"Ah! Please be careful! We still do not know what magics are contained within it!"
Tuomas stepped forward before pausing to contemplate.
"However if the creature is a being of darkness to begin with, would a light based magic be able to counter or even nullify it's capabilities?"

"To which fortunately I am not so simple a creature of Light..."
Ilyia thought for a moment, tentatively reaching out to the chain and gripping it for a moment. A silver spark fell from her hand as she withdrew it, shaking her wrist for a moment as though in mild pain.
"And so it manifests in a means of its own against me as well. I may be able to neutralize it, though I am certain of nothing. It would likely require quite the stream though."
She looked up to Ari and Ryn, a trace of worry evident in her eyes.
"With your permission, of course."

Opening the doors to the throne room, Luferius glanced about at the various occupants. His eyes caught sight of the glowing chain as he approached closer. "What is this?" He turned to give a questioning look to Tuomas. "Is this your doing?"
The youth shook his head vehemently.
"N-no, sir. I was trying to examine what magical properties were within the bindings themselves when it began to respond of it's own will."
