"...if you defeat me you do what you want with me." Hikari said. "Kill me or force me to go back. Your choice. I won't have the strength to continue resisting if I'm defeated." She clenched her fists. Hikari didn't think the hatred for her other self would ever go away, even if Tsu forced her to go back, but she didn't say anything more about it. What good would it do? It's not as if Tsurabisu would understand and allow her to remain free after this. She drew her version of her zanpakuto and held it for a moment. "You know, I should warn you that you're at a disadvantage here. I'm nothing like Hikari or even Ayame. Here, we're in my world, and my hatred for weakness has made me stronger. You can still back out." She shook her head. "But I know you better than I know myself. You won't go away, will you?" She stood there unmoving for a moment before she bolted forward, quicker than lightning, and upward at him with her zanpakuto.

He knew what Hikari was capable of in battle, but he knew that this was going to be different. Hikari never attacked out of anger. In fact, she hated fighting in general. Expect nothing and nothing can surprise you... The saying had become his motto over the years but he still was taken off guard by the speed of the Dark Hikari's attack. Tsu was able to sidestep and countered with a quick side slash. The attack wasn't meant to hit her. This early in the battle, he was just testing her reflexes and defenses.

Angry RJL "You think that this is all a trap, after all my fellow bount did, you have a point. Or is it on what you did to us, that made us into the type of race that we are. Now, if you want the blonde shinigami to get rid of her bad self, then do as I say or else leave." "Fine, I'll leave it there, after all I can fight this doll with my bare hands just make sure that it won't attack me." He then put his zanpakuto at the wall near the door.

It seem that an event is happening that is making her do this, and that is what I want from you, better yet a group of shinigami, since this is taking place somewhere in your world, and the chance for her is terribly grim."

Soifon nodded to the Captain Commander seeing no problem with the request and already planning on putting it into action the moment she left. "Hai Sotaicho." Without another word she left for the cells stopping at the door and giving the guard an order to open it up immediately. Seeing the Shinigami student inside she gazed at him coldly for a minute before speaking. "Get up boy. You are coming with me. You have no choice in the matter." Turning around she exited the room waiting outside it for Haru to begin moving. "If you try anything I have no problems with killing you where you stand." The statement was both a warning and a threat that she really would have no problem with carrying out.

Hearing the second squad captain talking he got up and did as he was told. He wanted to ask if he could go to the academy to get his zanpakuto, but knowing that she is a captain he refuse to ask the question and just followed her.

Second Division Taicho Soifon watched as Haru exited the room then was immediately restrained by a couple special force members as she began moving forward. She moved much slower than normal so that no one had trouble keeping up. It wouldn't take them long to make it to the Twelfth Division using the way she was going so Soifon didn't feel the need to move faster. Within minutes she entered the Lab and looking around spotted Nemu then the unconscious Mayuri, Tsu, and Hikari. "This boy is to wait here for Machiru to wake up. The Sotaicho has commanded that the boy follow Machiru around for the rest of the day." Giving a hand signal that caused her men to release Haru she turned to the boy giving him a glance over before moving past him and out the door stopping out of ear shot by one of her men. "Keep an eye on them. Keep hidden while doing so or it will be your position." While the Captain Commander may not have specified on the matter they would get the best results from the shadows since they may act one way if they knew they were being watched.

As soon as the two blades connected, however, Tsu retracted his claws, locking the version of Keikoku in the serrations of his blades. Hoshokusha's blades began to heat up rapidly, flaring to over a thousand degrees.

Hikari looked up at Tsurabisu once again and a dark smile played on her lips. "Whose world do you think you're in right now, anyway?" She extended her arms and shouted, "Hado 58, Tenran!" The wind from her powerful kido attack hit Tsu full blast since he was in close proximity to her. The smile deepened and she added, "Hado 63, Raikoho!" Energy filled the vortex of violent winds. It was powerful, far more powerful than it would have been in the real world. But inside of Hikari's subconscious, things were different. She should have been spent after using two extremely powerful kido together as well, but she was hardly fazed. She glanced at the ground a few yards away and noticed her zanpakuto lying there. "I'm hurt, Tsu-kun. I thought you knew me by now. I fight so much better without a zanpakuto. I mean, really, what does Keikoku do for me other than heal?" She glanced down for a moment to notice her arm singed from his heated blade but shrugged it off and picked Keikoku up. She could have healed but what was the point when she was planning on ending everything anyway? "Are we done already?"Keikoku shook her head sadly and stared down at Hikari who lay unmoving. "Just what do you hope to accomplish by punishing yourself and Tsurabisu? At least he's done nothing to deserve this... Hikari, sometimes... you're as foolish as a child."

Tsu retracted his claws and assumed a fighting stance once again. He silently watched this other Hikari for a few moments before launching his next attack. He used his Flash Step to instantly place himself only a couple feet in front of his opponent before he slashed. The attack, however, never connected. Tsu used his Flash Step once again to put himself behind Hikari before whispering "Bakudo: 62. Hyapporankan!" With that, a large glowing rod formed in his hand. Usually, the rod would be thrown where it would separate into countless smaller rods to bind the target to whatever they were near. That was not how he was going to use the spell. Instead, he jabbed the rod against his opponent's back, causing it to separate and hit her back at point blank range.

Instead, he jabbed the rod against his opponent's back, causing it to separate and hit her back at point blank range. Hikari's eyes widened momentarily as she was taken off guard. Then, the blow to her back sent her lurching forward with a shriek. Luckily, she'd managed to move a little in time it took for him to execute his attack fully, and so he hadn't quite hit her as hard has he could have. "I-I didn't really think you would try something that harmful on me... I guess I have to give you credit. I'd always thought you'd become a total wimp around her." She used shunpo and ended up behind Tsurabisu, grabbing a hold of him from behind. "Don't worry. If you can manage to wake up, you'll be just fine. It's all in your mind, or more specifically in mine." She grinned evilly. "However I can make it so you never wake up. Die with me here?" She closed her eyes. "Hado 90. Kurohitsugi," she whispered and the black energy began to form around them."M-my back," Hikari moaned, waking up and holding her hand to her lower back. "Wh-what happened... Ow... Everything hurts... Keikoku, you're all right..." "You're awake? Good. Stop this right now, Hikari." Her zanpakuto's voice was cold and stern, instead of the loving, warm, mothering tone she normally had for Hikari. "Look what you're doing to him. And yourself!" She glared at Hikari. "How could you allow your feelings to be buried so deep that they've become this corrupted? Did you really think that you had no one around you to trust? Foolish.""K-Keikoku..." Hikari stared over to see her other self fighting with Tsu. She clasped her hands over her chest. "I'm sorry." She shook her head. "No, that's not good enough. I don't know if you or Tsu-kun will ever forgive me, or much less accept me after this. But at the very least... I love both of you very much and I... can't... I won't lose either of you, especially because of myself." She stood up, despite the aching in her back. Are we linked or something? It doesn't matter. I have to sing... "Keikoku...? Please, will you help me?" She took hold of Keikoku's hand and started singing. sawul fffam tecasa sssy I can feel your sadness
