Celestine Ravencroft Booty Grab has been worthless lately. You don't have to trip over other people to try to get a post in god tanks, and people just aren't refilling the tanks right now either because their is no point. Kagura said she won't be refilling her tank until things go back to some semblance of normal. Same with me. Of course, I have some other fish I need to use up first before I buy my full tank of garlic. They may not be high trigger, but they do drop green gold. I figure that will be a decent way to make the tank a bit more popular. I just can't afford all those fancy fish that are high trigger and drop blue and red gold. Speaking of fish to use up, participant in my unique monster contest who don't place will get a free aquarium lite starfish as a participation prize. I still have six open slots for that contest, if you are interested. It's really not all that difficult to throw together an avi and fill out the brief form. You really don't even have to write much. It's just as well that I don't have very good fish. I suppose gold is gold. I get people still telling me that they play my tank. Not many play, however, and it's probably because I don't have any air sharks in there. Would my actual Halloween avatar do, or do I need to create a new one on TekTek?

I'm trying to make these submissions as impartial as possible so that favoritism won't happen. That is why people have to PM their entry to me and not talk about which one they entered in the contest. The only thing about it being your Halloween avi is that, if you wear it on the site before October 31st, people will know it is your entry avi. Read over the contest rules and the entry form, plus my example and see exactly what is being asked before you make a decision.

I just wish I could get even two more entries. A contest between four people isn't much fun. Of course, a raffle meant for 20 people that has less than ten signed up is equally odd. I guess people don't realize, even though I have posted it, that if I can get 15 people to enter the raffle, then I'll choose three winners instead of one. That's 3 chances to win.

I only have two other people on my friend list who aren't Bartobs, and neither of them are online much at all. In retrospect, Kagura isn't having much luck either. I feel really bad for her since apparently she's only gotten one entry so far. Perhaps we'd get more traffic during the site event, but it is my experience that site events make people forget about happening in the guild. Kags and I'll be lucky if people remember to vote while the site event is going. ty, it's my event avi. I used her as the example for my contest.

But, no, she is rarely on. Yeah and because there's no summer event that is town based that could also be why the town based guilds aren't very active. I bet we would get a lot of members on a summer event that is town based. It's such a shame. My shop in the guild is pretty much dead as well. Oh, definitely. I think some Gaians just come back online for the events and then go back offline and come back again when there is another event. Well, I have my fingers crossed that some other Bartonians see your Halloween contests and sign up. Cool, and of course I have to ask if you are looking forward to Halloween? mrgreen
