I got back from Scotland, went on Gaia, saw the new gold shop update and then saw the new team uniforms. What do you think of ours? I think I want to get one when the next summer event team based event occurs. whee

Got an idea for a fun music based Vs. type thread using cover songs, Elvis could take up several weeks with how many people covered him, but I really don't want to flood the guild with too many Vs. threads. The way some cover songs are you have to hear them to believe they actually exist and heck sometimes the cover is better than the original. So I was going to pit the cover against the original and see what came out on top. I'll do it if you guys don't mind another Vs. thread.

Chibi Halo Got an idea for a fun music based Vs. type thread using cover songs, Elvis could take up several weeks with how many people covered him, but I really don't want to flood the guild with too many Vs. threads. The way some cover songs are you have to hear them to believe they actually exist and heck sometimes the cover is better than the original. Togas with the Barton flag on it and fish on it! emotion_dowant We got a plain toga from an event but team ones really would be nice to have. Better yet put them in Ruby's shop.

Oh that manga when Rina dressed up Rufus was hilarious and I could imagine him saying in his mind, ''Not again! Ian, tell her, I'm not for dressing up!'' rofl
Was that the Rejected Olympics manga? That one summer event when we got the team flags. You know, though Cyno, we've had that many events that sometimes it's very easy to forget. Hm, even so, I'm going to say perhaps it was that one. What do you think?

As much as I hate to break your heart, I don't like most of what they sell in the shops. This is one things that constantly kept coming up in the recent feedback thread about the possible Market Place tax increase. A lot of people think the gold shops need to step up their products. Shoes and jewelry are about all I buy from the gold shops. I'll occasionally get something from Cross Stitch, but for the most part I just really am not impressed with gold shop items. I will never get the guys who come up with new animated series in America. I kind of get the new one for Disney Channel from Craig McCracken of Power Puff Girls fame called Wander Over Yonder but the new Pac-Man and Rabbids series I just don't understand. The Pac-Man thing is way past its prime and they turned Pac-Man into a major Gary Stu. I don't get why Disney bought the series for Disney XD at all. Then, there's a new Rabbids series on Nick. The Rabbid games haven't been relevant for at least five years so I don't get why they have an animated series out. Like I said I just don't understand the guys that come up with new animated series in America.

This and the fact that the vast majority of tv shows practically suck, is why I pretty much watch anime, old cartoons and a select few shows all the time. I'm having a very hard time getting into any anime for the summer season. I try the new stuff but it's just not pulling me in at all. I'm waiting for after the Emmys when I can begin my Tuesday night dilemma on the 24th of September. I'm going to be watching Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on first run because I want to support that show and the fact that they better have a damn good reason for making us believe Coulson was dead and be a day behind on my NCIS by watching it on the On Demand until I'm in Florida in January and can use the DVR to record NCIS. I'm too cheap to get the DVR for where I live so I let my parents pay for it at their winter place.
I swear the makers of Pac-Man and the Rayman/Rabbids series are trying to appeal more to nine year old kids than to the Tween set you think they'd be going for. But Wander Over Yonder is pretty much silly alien nomad cowboy antics in the tradition of Foster's Home styled wackiness from what I gathered so it should do okay.

While I don't like most American tv shows, I used to like Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Bloo = xd I miss that show. No cable = crying They should really bring back Storm Hawks. That was an awesome show. Of course, Xiaolin Showdown was good too, and who could forget Kim Possible? Wow, there sits the sum of my whole junior college life. @_@ What was I doing in college? whee
