.Noctis - - - Kaufmann."Personally I prefer the butcher down the street from my own home myself." He said with a slight chuckle into the back of his hand. "As for the bag it is just something Jace asked me to bring by. I don't really know if it is helpful or not, but to keep to my promise of non-helping I'm not looking." He said with a shrug.

Silver Silver frowned, "It-It's for me?" she took a step towards Noctis apprehensively. She bit her bottom lip as she held out her hand to the bag, "Not helping me." she paused, "What's going on Noctis?" she looked up at him, "You wouldn't go against the Order."

.Noctis - - - Kaufmann.Noctis shrugged and handed her the bag. "I don't know if I am or not. Like I said I have had no such orders given regarding your extermination, so I really don't care either way. He managed to brush off her questions easily with a simple explination, he always loved doing that. Inside the bag as a list and one of the Prayer Guns that Jace had given to Nightingale and Tamara a year ago when the OoC had attacked New York City to wipe out all of the Assassination gangs in the city. At the top of the list was "Kill the following to get on their good side, Exterminating you has been a pain and I really don't feel like wasting good allies."The paper listed several High class targets living right in New York City. One of which, however, was the man that Nightingale had just spoke to.

Silver "I don't like the word extermination." she grumbled as she opened the bag and paused, she reached in and took out the gun that Jace had given her. A cloud covered her mood as she looked at the list, "First he shoots me," she paused as she looked up at Noctis while shaking her head with a smirk, "Not quite the welcome I was expecting." she laughed. Her attention when back to the note, "Now he wants me to work for the damn cult that's out to kill me." she paused again and laughed, "Oh this is all too amusing." she sighed as she wiped a tear from her eye as she held the prayer gun. "Can you find Jace again?" she tilted her head to the side.

Lance Terrorkall Lance mocked his wife by fake laughing. he heard her leave and rose from the couch. "ok, one: i take my keys everywhere that i go, and two.... well there is no two but when i think one up there will be a two..." he said to himself silently. he walked over to a wall with a picture on it. he tilted the picture, revealing a secret doorway. this lead down to the training room he was finishing. the training room was mostly for him but there was another room connecting to it. "now what to do with this room? maybe i'll give you to wife to do what she will with it." Lance said to the room and then walked back into the training room. he hit a small brick in the wall, closing the door that had lead him here. Lance walked back into the nameless room and decided on something for it. Lance quickly bounded up the stairs and into his not-so-secret living space. he walked to the door to his that would lead him outside and stopped, checking for his keys. Lance heard the jingling of them and the different jingling of the chains on his weapon. he opened the door, running up the stairs and exiting his house. he locked the house, hid the doorway and climbed up the brick wall above the door. Lance made his way to a department store for food and other things.

.Noctis - - - Kaufmann."I'm not going to go find him just so you can hit him, and no I can't in the first place. He didn't tell me where he was on the off chance that I would tell you where he was so you could slit his throat in his sleep. If you'll remember right, Angels and Demons despise each other." He said as he sat back in the seat of his limo. "And Extermination or any other form of it is his favorite word besides Antiquing. You wouldn't be working for us, you'd be doing us a favor. The Order doesn't forget favors, we just stop caring at the point where we think we have repaid you in kind. Those names, from the look of it..." He said, deliberately leaning far over and reading the list quickly. "Huh, those piss-offs have been bothering us for a while. Politicians on Cocaine and whatnot..."

Viktor The Beggar Child Viktor walked until the sun was fully in the sky, still searching for somewhere to sleep. He looked up at the sun, then around as the city began waking up. "Too late, now..." he muttered. He silently cursed himself for being so nice. What was he thinking, letting those kids take his alley? You were thinking that they reminded you of yourself, he thought, frowning. He had always been on the street, since before their age. They looked newly abandoned, they would know how heavy the change was... Viktor was raised here. He sighed as his stomach began to grumble loudly. Haven't eaten in two days, he reminded himself, and then turned down the street, heading towards the market. If he couldn't beg off some table scraps, he would take what he wanted, and God help whoever tried to stop him. He was sick and tired of being denied. "If they want to hate me... Let me give them a reason," he muttered to himself angrily as the market slowly came into sight. He walked past the first few fruit stands, tattered and muddy like him. These were the poor people, kind of like him... But with food. He frowned. He wasn't about to steal from people just as bad off as him. I may be a 'monster', but I still have a conscience, he thought, and began looking for slightly richer stands. On his way, he rubbed some dirt on his face and arms, and put a few small rips in his shirt, to make himself look more pitiable. He put his large trench coat on over his wings, and tucked his tail up underneath it. Now, instead of looking like a demon, or abomination, he simply looked like a hunchbacked, deformed child. He walked up to one of the stands, and sat next to it. Before he even got a chance to be there for fifteen seconds, the stand clerk shooed him off, yelling; "You're scarin' off all the customers! Git out!"Viktor scowled. That was the last freaking straw. He hadn't even done anything, and people just yelled at him, and he was tired of it. He dropped his coat and spread his wings, and let out a low, guttural growl. "What's wrong?" he asked, grinning as the store clerk backed up, terrified. He bared his teeth; they were almost as long as snake fangs, and just as sharp, but they lined his jaw in crooked rows. "Afraid of little old me?"Without another word, he walked up, and grabbed a loaf of bread, an apple, and some money. He quickly ate the apple whole, coughing up the core, and tossed it back to the clerk vendor, who was still staring at him. He grinned, and put his coat back on, hiding his tail. And nobody even noticed... I love this place sometimes, he thought, looking around. He pulled the hood over his head, and continued down the street. He had enough money for one, maybe two meat pies. He just had to find the right stand.

Selene Selene danced across the rooftops, her feet moving in a graceful pattern, and as quick as lightening stikes. Slowing to a walk, she looked down at the market place. Her stomache voiced its hunger, and she flipped off the roof, landing gently among some old boxes in the alley bellow. Walking out into the market place, she watched a young boy, not much younger than herself, threaten a vendor. He had large wings and a tail that he consealed under a coat. He took off with a loaf of bread and money after eating an apple whole. Looking at him, she saw he was at least part dragon. Dragons were thought extremely highly of by her mothers people, and Selene could even remember having friends as a young girl that were dragons. She smiled, and followed him as he pulled his hood over his head and left. "I wonder....... maybe..." She had seen him about, now that she think about it, he didn't seem to have a place of his own. She tailed him, even though she had a target to find.

Viktor The Beggar Child Viktor continued walking through the market, looking on both sides. The apple had helped, but he was still hungry, and his dragon blood wanted meat. He walked up to a butcher store, and tossed some money on the counter, pointing to a slab of meat hanging on a hook. He didn't care what kind of meat, he just hoped that the money he had was enough, and that he didn't have to talk. Talking meant showing off his teeth, revealing who he was and cancelling this trade. There were too many people around now for him to pull the same stunt as the last stand. The butcher frowned at him, raising an eyebrow. "What're you, a mute?"Viktor nodded, relieved. He smiled lightly as the vendor handed him the meat, which turned out to be turkey. He nodded, thinking, Thank God... I love turkey, and I didn't even have to talk to the man.He continued on, taking a large bite of the even larger turkey. He saw the same two children that had taken his alley last night, and realized he had come full-circle back to the spot. He frowned as they sat there, begging for food, but no one spared them even a second glance. Viktor walked over, and tore the legs off his turkey, handing them to the children. He quickly walked away, before he changed his mind and took the turkey back. Viktor ate the rest of his turkey, sighing contently. He walked down the street, looking around. The market was completely behind him now, along with all of the people. He took his hood off, but kept the coat on. "Now, I just need somewhere to sleep," he muttered to himself, looking around. He spotted a cardboard box next to a garbage can in an empty alleyway, and smiled. He walked over to the box, ripping it open to a sizable mat, and laid it behind the garbage can. He sat down, leaning against the wall, and sighed heavily. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out the leftover stolen money from the vendor. It wasn't enough for anything, maybe one apple at one of the poor stands. He frowned, and put it back into his pocket. That's not going to help very much...

Selene Selene watched the exchange at the butchers in interest, as well as how he gave some of his food to the small children in the alley. He pulled out a box, ripped it open, and leaned against the wall. He looked utterly exhausted, and in need of a better place to sleep. She approached him, and knowing even the most excluded dragons knew elvish, decided to try and converse with him in her mothers' native tongue, to show him she meant no harm. "Nîn essa is Selene. Le en ve' lle maure a yamen' a' fuume..." Selene offered him her hand.

Viktor The Beggar Child Viktor opened one eye, and saw some strange woman talking to him. He didn't know what she was saying, but it sounded like she was introducing herself. "I don't know that language... But did you just introduce yourself?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. He wasn't used to random people just coming up to talk to him, in an unknown language. In fact, he wasn't used to people talking to him at all, aside from insults and threats. "Could you say that again... In English this time?"While the conversation was going on outside, Viktor's mind was racing, quickly sizing up the strange woman. She's got those pointy ears... And she doesn't smell human... Maybe an Elf? he thought, and shrugged mentally. The important thing is, she isn't yelling, and she isn't hurting me. Which means one of two things. She's some sort of collection agency, rounding up homeless half-breeds... Or she's trying to help. His brain paused for a second, figuring out which one of those was less likely.

Silver She looked to Noctis, then pinched the bridge of her nose, "What he doesn't understand is that the people on my list are my allies." she paused, "What should I give up? This full list of allies," she waved it around, "Just to get into favor with just one, who I don't know know besides the fact they want me dead." she scoffed, "I can see it now, I take out this list and then I am of no use and I'm history." she looked at the limo, "Or I can keep this list to myself, keep them alive and eliminate my threat." she smirked.

Selene Selene half smiled. "I said my name is Selene. You look tired. I was wondering, would you like a place to stay? I'm not trying to sound like a creeper, but when I saw you, I could tell you are kindred to my mothers people. See, I'm half-elf, and I can tell you are at least part dragon. Dragons have always been close to elves. I thought I could offer my assistance..."Selene was shocked in all she had revealed about herself. She was never so open with people, nevermind strangers. 'I must be going soft. I've never been so trusting with a complete stranger..... Then again, he is a natural ally of my people...' She again offered her hand, her thoughts swirling around her head.

Viktor The Beggar Child Viktor raised both eyebrows, shocked. "You... You're offering me a place to stay?" he asked, stunned. And for the thing that makes most people avoid me...?He thought rapidly, trying to asses the situation. True, elves and dragons were close allies. And true, he was half dragon, and she was half elf. But still... This seemed a little too extremely coincidental. More like something straight out of a fairy-tale, he thought, bitterly. After a moment, he took her hand, and stood up, smiling, but watching her with a wary eye. If she makes one suspicious move, I'm flying away... I don't care who sees, he thought, his mind disapproving the notion of going with her at all.
