Yuu was a little taken aback as Rangiku suddenly grabbed his hands and may or may not have accidentally flinched. "O-Okay Rangiku-san. I would be happy to help you out. I know how much you dislike paperwork and I myself don't mind it as much." Seeing Hikari and Tsurabisu Yuu waved a little before turning to Hitsugaya getting the hint for them to leave which Rangiku took immediately. "Yeah I guess I will step out as well so you can have some privacy. Soifon-Taicho! Nice to see you well." As he turned around Soifon was standing right there so he quickly bowed to the Captain before leaving the room into the back.

Soifon listened to all that was said closely to catch a hint of what the commander was planning though she already had an idea about what was planned. Upon hearing the order that was given indirectly she bowed to the Commander. "I will retrieve him immediately Sotaicho so the situation may be cleared up sooner rather than later." Without waiting for a reply she almost quite literally disappeared from the room silently using the full ability of her shunpo to get to the Living World quickly. It was only a matter of minutes before she was standing in front of the Urahara shop with a scowl on her face. If she had to see that despicable man she might have to hit him. Walking just inside she spotted Tsurabisu right away and ignored the greetings she received. "Fourth Seat Maruchinu you are to return with me to Soul Society immediately for an audience with the Commander concerning a private matter. Get ready to leave immediately." Walking outside the shop again Soifon waited for him to say his goodbyes so they could get back quickly.

Tsu was more than a little surprised to see the second squad's Captain. Even more so to hear her orders. "Huh," Was all he could say before the Captain turned and left. He wasn't sure what was going on, but he could bet that either Ikkaku or Yumichika was behind it. Or maybe... He glanced over to where Rangiku had pulled Yuu away to. Did it have something to do with the prank he pulled on her? No. She wasn't the kind to run off to Old Man Yamamoto. Hitsugaya, yes, but not the Commander.
"Well, guess you two have some alone time, after all, eh?" Tsu spoke to Hikari and Toshiro. By the tone of his voice and the grin on his face, even Hikari would have gotten the joke. "Well, I'm off. I'll see you when ya get back. 'Kay, Hikari?" With that, Tsu turned in the direction of Soi Fon and headed off.

As he headed back to the Soul Society, he couldn't help but ask, "So, Captain. Any word on what this is about?" As an after thought, Tsu added, "Or should I just keep my mouth shut at this point?" Out of all the Captains, he had the least contact with this one. Truth be told, he didn't know what to make of her. She was strictly business. Even more so than Captain Kuchiki. At least Tsurabisu had been able to speak to him easily enough about swordsmanship.

Drake gave Unohana a quick summery of what he and Kisuke had just spoken about. He also brought up his idea about having his people try and work on a way to reverse the effects of the Hogyoku.
"So, that about sums it up. Any thoughts, Captain?" Drake shifted his weight a bit. Kneeling as he was sure was a bother. He'd be glad when he got back home. At least he'd be able to sit in a decent chair during his debriefing. The Death Knight ended up sitting cross legged on the floor. At least that was a bit easier.

"Wow, I guess she hasn't changed," Rangiku huffed. "Oh well, so what do you have in mind to kill some time with, Yuu-kun?" She followed the other lieutenant around. "So are you really going to go with to Kurotsuchi's? I thought you didn't like the guy?" Rangiku raised an eyebrow at him and smirked. "Of course, he isn't the most personable but I can think of worse people to be around."

At least Tsurabisu had been able to speak to him easily enough about swordsmanship.

Hitsugaya was silent as Tsu bid his farwell to Hikari, not wanting to inturrupt, though he did scowl when Tsu teased Hikari about alone time with Hitsugaya. The captain was sure that Tsurabisu was jealous of he and Hikari, but he couldn't understand why. Yes, he cared about the lieutenant, but in no way did he have any feelings more for her than of a concerned former captain. And possibly the feelings of guilt from being unable to spare Hikari the pain of losing her family. He shook his head as Tsu disappeared and looked down at Hikari. It was obvious from the way that she always followed Tsu around and gazed at him longingly when she thought no one was watching her that she was only interested in Tsurabisu in that manner. Everyone knew it and could see it. Except for the idiot himself. Pitiful.

"Taicho?" Hikari interrupted his thoughts. "Um... about before... is everything all right? I'm sorry for how I acted before. But what is it you want to talk to me about?"

"Misuzu, you know why I wanted to see you. It's about your Bankai."

Hikari flinched, but a forced smile covered the grimace. "Oh, right... eheheh... well, that is... it didn't hurt you, did it, Hitsugaya-sama?"

The captain folded his arms. "No, it didn't. Actually, I'm more concerned about you. You had absolutely no control and panicked. That build-up of spirit energy that you took in, it was equal to that of most captains. You could have easily killed yourself and the others around you."

Tears formed at the corners of her eyes. "I-I know that. I really do. But it's not like I tried to unleash it or anything."

"Not only that, but I've also heard you speaking nonsense in your sleep. On top of that your personality has changed drastically. Care to explain anything? Because I do have a theory myself."

"I don't know," Hikari answered quietly.

"I think that I might know. And I think that you already do know. You're running from something. You're hiding something inside and trying to run from it. You've always avoided hard or painful things when you've had the chance, Hikari. I've watched over you through the years constantly. Always running away from problems and covering them up. You can only fool yourself so long. The reason that you're having problems with Keikoku, isn't because of what happened earlier with Roxas or Shinji. Roxas' power only helped uncover the problem that you were trying to keep hidden from yourself and others all this time."

"B-but you weren't... there..."

"Your captain informed me and we came up with this together." Hitsugaya glared down at the lieutenant. "It was only speculation, but I do believe we are at least partly correct in our assumptions. Eventually, these problems between you and Keikoku were going to catch up to you. But luckily Roxas helped bring them out so you could face them before they became to hard to handle. You should thank him the next time you see him." He turned away from her. "On that day that I met you, Hikari... You were completely devastated. Which was understandable. But instead of coming to terms with what happened... you refuse to acknowledge it or anything else. And until you know your true self, Keikoku can no longer reach you, and you're not fit to be a lieutenant. So, I'm going to talk to your captain about this, but I want you transferred temporarily back into my squad as an unseated officer until this problem with both your Shikai and Bankai is solved."

Hikari's fists clenched. "W-why? Haven't I done everything I could to help? Haven't I worked hard? I've mastered Kido, I can fight... So why...?"

"What good is Shikai if it doesn't work? You can't reach your zanpakuto. You have a heavy burden on your mind right now. And these added responsibilities aren't helping you at all, Misuzu. Not to mention you are a danger to yourself and others this way. Wouldn't you agree?"

"But then, who will take on my work? Who is going to finish it?"

"Hinamori, Matsumoto and I would probably have it covered, along with your captain."

"Hitsugaya-sama, please don't talk to my captain! I'm going to go see Kurotsuchi-taicho. I'm doing all I can so please don't..."

"It'll be there when you get well, Misuzu. I think your captain will agree with me on this."

"I-I... understand." Hikari said softly.

"You don't have anything else to say?"

She shook her head. "O-of course not, Hitsugaya-sama."

Hitsugaya sighed. He was trying to test her reaction. He still wasn't sure if he would talk to Unohana about this, but he wanted to test Hikari's reaction mostly to see how she would handle it. "All right. Misuzu, you're free to go."

"I would assume that regardless of what I say about the matter it wouldn't change your mind. It is in your possession now, correct?" Unohana smiled. "But in my opinion, it is a good thing. However, the Vizards that exist now... I doubt they would be accepted back into the Soul Society just like that. And some of them may have gotten used to things as they are now, so they will not want to change back. Still, giving them the opportunity is what counts, I suppose."

The bount was walking toward the shop when he heard someone making a lot of ruckus. "I wonder if should go see whose doing all that sound, might be a shinigami." he said as he got closer to the sound. Sure enough, it was a shinigami that was using some ability that was making him go fast. "Maybe he can help, I hope he can or else matters will worsen if I don't hurry, and maybe that threat is going to be in the hands of the shinigami." He walked to the shinigami and saw that he was just laying there. "Must be tired, now my chance." He walked closer knowing that the shinigami might attack, so the doll less bount took precaution and announced. "Shinigami, I don't want any trouble, it's rather the opposite. I ask a favor of you that might ease the trouble of the blonde one and of soul society, the reason being is that I discover something that will put everyone in a grave threat if it is not handled quickly." He then waited for the shinigami to respond.

He felt the presence of the same being that attempted to capture Hikari yesterday. He got up and heard what he said, after he was done he just sat up and said. "I will help only one conditon, thatis that you tell me what you want with and the whole darkness being that lies within her."

She had to admit, she was really upset with Captain Hitsugaya at the moment. But Hikari knew better than to question his judgement. She only wondered what her own captain would have to say about this. She sighed. "Tsu-kun left as well so I have no one to talk to. I don't know where Yuu-san and Rangiku-san are, and everyone else is busy. What should I do...? Maybe I'll take a look at one of those stores since Tsu-kun wasn't able to take me shopping. I'll find it myself." It was an attempt to try and cheer herself up, but she wondered if it would work. So Hikari wandered the streets of town for awhile, not really paying attention to the items on display in the windows. She was far too preoccupied. The girl shook her head sadly. It just wasn't working. Just then, she spied a tiny park and sat down on a swing, swaying back and forth slightly deep in thought.

Sora smirked and backed away as he got one hit in. "That's one." she said with a smile. "I have to say, I like this Datto alot, but the blushing one beats all." she added before shunpo'ing behind Datto and bringing her kendo sword down in a slash attempt at his shoulder. When Datto would turn to block, she would shunpo to his front again and land a hit from the opening he would have from doing so.

Datto started to blush when she mentioned how different was, then he heard a voice in his mind.
Do not let your mind wander! You are in the middle of a battle, even the slightest of distractions will lead to your defeat.
As if to prove his spirits point, Sora shunpo'd behind Datto. His first reaction was to block his back, but then his Zanpakuto spoke up.
Balance young one. Concentrate on that and you will see that she is not.
So what about it?
It means she is not stopping behind you, she means to continue moving. Feign a back block then move to a forward defensive position.

Datto decided to trust his Zanpakuto and did as he was instructed.

Sora noticed the change in his movement just as she started to shunpo in front of him. Crap! she thought mentally as she watched him shift into a defensive stance. Her kendo sword was already aiming to hit him, giving her no time to cancel.

However, since she lacked proof, the captain kept her mouth shut. Just then, she could feel the captain of Squad 10 nearby. "Oh, my, please do excuse me for a moment." She stood and bowed quickly. "I'll be right back."

Captain Hitsugaya entered the room and regarded the three. "I apologize. Am I interrupting anything?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.

Soifon stood there silently waiting for Tsurabisu to hurry up feeling the eyes of that idiot on here though he went unseen. Seeing Tsurabisu appear out of the shop she immediately began shunpoing back though she kept it at a decreased speed so Tsurabisu could keep up. Hearing his question she didn't answer or even look at him silently giving him the answer to his meaningless question. He would find out what it was all over when they got back no need to waste her breath explaining something that would only be explained again.

Yuu shrugged at that question since Soifon had been a former Captain of his as well so he had a little more contact with her than most. "Soifon-Taicho isn't likely to change anytime soon. Still she isn't all that bad. In mind to kill time? Uh I don't know. What do you want to do?" At mention of Kurotsuchi Yuu sighed and shrugged again. "Yeah I am going. I don't like him i hate him as a matter of fact still Kurotsuchi-Taicho is still a Taicho so I am required to show him respect. You can think of worse people? Seriously? Like who?"

Tsu waited a moment, but didn't get an answer. Oh well... If that's how you want to be... Tsu kicked up his speed a bit, easily passing the second division's Captain. He doubted that she'd expect such a move. After all, she was moving at such a slow pace. She obviously had no respect for him if she thought that was the fastest he could move.

Master Cliff Fate

Seriously? Like who?"

"Aizen." The woman's smile was gone from her face. Of course she didn't like Kurotsuchi, but Aizen was worse in her book. She would never forgive what he had done to Momo. And it still upset her to this day that he had managed to get Gin to follow him, without so much as a word to her. And now she still worried over him to this very day. Aizen had gone missing and was presumed dead, and so she could only fear the very same thing had happened to Gin. Although, even if he were alive, she doubted that he would be able to contact her without being caught. She sighed. This isn't good. It just depresses me to think about this. "Say, wasn't that Hika-chan just now? Oh, they must be done," Rangiku said, glad for the distraction. She'd said too much and probably revealed more negative feelings about the whole Aizen incident than she had intended.
