Technique Name: Paper Totem Rank: passive - B to learn and 15 chakra to recast Type: Genjutsu - Bloodline Element: Paper Description: Atsuma is a genjutsu prodigy and as such is aware of the dangers of it. While he is not a sensor he has developed a special type of paper that is always floating around his head. If he is ever put under genjutsu the paper will change to a dark black. The paper can get shot down and burn. It would take a B rank training amount of posts for it to regenerate and come back.

Sense: Sight // Touch // Taste Base Duration: // Upkeep: 2 posts 5 chakra Element: Paper Description: Can activate if the afflicted has come into contact with poison of any sorts or has looked at a source of poison. The afflicted will begin to show signs of the poison relative to what they had experienced. This genjutsu also implants doubt into the afflicted's mind making them wonder if they had actually evaded the poison if an attempt was made.

malavaes Character: Atsuma Technique Name: Kamikaze Unit Part III [replacing Origami Shinigami] For this one, add in that it give the victim three exposures to the poison, and the effects follow the effects listed in the poison tree of the hazard system. Keep in mind that you have to go and HARVEST the venom to be used in your tags. Your chakra cannot replicate it.
Technique Name: Paper Totem This one I am going to have to say no to, on the grounds that; A it facilitates an auto know. B, we made a ruling that customs like this would never be accepted. If you want more details on that ask me in discord.

Technique Name: Toya Rank: Passive A Type: Bloodline Element: Paper Description: Atsuma's shadow is very special. It is not so much as a shadow as it is a flat, black paper in his image. It follows him wherever he goes. While it is attached to him the paper which will be named "Toya" shares his mana pool. Detaching himself from Atsuma splits their chakra in half. While detached he is capable of moving while flat or gaining a three dimensional aspect similar to Atsuma made up of black paper. Toya can perform ninjutsu that Atsuma knows, however they are not real and merely genjutsu. They will affect Sight//Sound//Touch. The genjutsu that it performs will create black paper instead of white. For each post the enemy directly looks at Toya they will be stacked with Fear. Each subsequent post will increase moderately the effects. Extra notes: Detachment means disconnecting from Atsuma's body even if by an inch and Toya can only perform jutsu while detached.. Can continue flat and phase hands up from the ground to perform hand signs. Can be destroyed by B rank and up techniques. Fire techniques C rank and above can destroy it. Has the same inventory that Atsuma has at the moment except everything is made of paper. Character: Taylor (To replace Chain Punch, if approved) Technique Name: I want to be Wonder Woman, (Or Dynamic Toss, depends on which one catches on more) Rank: C Type: Bukijutsu Element: Complex Description: Requires an object or person to be wrapped first. Taylor applies chakra to the weapon he has used to bind the opponent in order to reduce the weight of the object which is wrapped up. This allows him to throw or lift anything which has been wrapped up freely. Each post of usage requires the cost of the technique to be paid. Character: Taylor and Horus (To replace Chain Punch, if approved) Technique Name: United We Stand Rank: X (The technique's function is purely supplementary, and thus is obtained at an E-rank) Type: Ninjutsu Element: Non-elemental Description: The technique begins as both Taylor and Horus sync to one another. When either partner uses a technique, the other one can exert chakra, stamina, or both at the same rank in order to amplify the power of the technique. Basically, the two both pay the cost of the technique, but only one of them uses it in order to make the technique one rank higher in overall competence. In addition to both the tamer and the pet paying the cost of the technique, United We Stand also has the cost of taking up one activation of the non-technique using partner. So if Taylor utilizes the bonus of this custom and uses a different technique, then Horus loses an activation. This works in reverse also. Finally, the continued usage of United We Stand does not consume an activation, aside from the guidelines already stated. The initial activation of it does require one from both Taylor and Horus.

Technique Name: Radical Good Speed - Shell Bullet Rank: X Type: Ninjutsu Element: Jinton Description: To compensate for their inability to effectively utilize "hard" styles of combat, the Jinton user can use this technique to land precise strikes on a foe from a distance. The user charges jinton chakra into their limb while performing a thrusting or swinging strike. In turn, they can momentarily unleash a focused burst of air pressure with that motion which is only the size of the limb/weapon used for the attack at E-Rank (about 0.5ft diameter). The power and range of this technique is dependent on the amount of chakra used. For every rank of chakra applied, the Shell Bullet can travel twenty [20] feet past the reach of the user's fist; the attack's size doubles for each additional rank applied. The air pressure projectile's speed is faster depending on how much chakra was applied (slightly=E-rank, mildly=D-rank, moderately=C-rank, heavily=B-rank, greatly=A-rank, supremely=S-rank).
Technique Name: Enlightening Brand Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: Raiton Description: The user places their hand on the target's flesh and exerts an intensely focused amount of raiton chakra. This chakra is carefully formed into the design of a particular sealing formula which bonds any/all the target's sensory (sight, touch, smell, hearing, taste, chakra) to others with the same branding. The branded seal is only a few inches in diameter. While the branding takes place, there will be a brief but mildly painful stinging, burning sensation. The user and affected targets can individually determine what senses they share with others, if any at all; therefore it must be actively mentioned in every post if any information is made available to whoever they are linked to.

All statistical data applied from using taijutsu in a normal fashion is also applied to the puppets when using taijutsu techniques; must pay all technique costs as normal. The area/size of inflicted damage with hand taijutsu techniques is proportionately larger when used through the puppet.

Technique Name: Blood Calvary Rank: B Type: Training Element: Maruton Description: The Satetsu can learn to control magnetically manipulated objects to move as quickly as they are strengthened by their innate ability as one of the Blood Knight discipline; this simply means that their techniques will always be as fast as they are strong. This feat requires rigorous, focused training centered on better controlling one's jiton chakra while manipulating metals. Must spend no less than 7 posts practicing at least one different jiton technique per post (no learning cost reductions may apply).

Half of their body will become a deep blue, as well as bright red etchings appearing along the skin the stronger the state. This doesn't require hand seals to use.
For every rank starting at D and above the user will gain 1 DR in speed. This gives it a range between 1-6 of an increase depending on the rank used. After initial casting however the form will take the same cost for upkeep per turn that was used to initially activate it. (IE if it costed 40 chakra to activate initially it will cost an additional 40 for every turn after)

Character: Sung Oni Technique Name: Flask of the Demon Rank: B Type: Bloodline Element: Bloodline Sake Description: Using the sake at their disposal the oni will enhance it with their chakra, turning the liquid blood red before it is consumed. When consumed the oni will be able to fight in battle well ignoring all wounds, at the cost of their mind. The only focus for the oni will be destroying their enemies so they will be unable to dodge attacks, but may parry with brute force. Loss of blood/motor functions still apply.
Character: Sung Oni Technique Name: Jigoku Rank: X Type: Bloodline Element: Bloodline Sake Description: A secret technique passed down through generations the Oni are capable of fully embracing their demonic size and spirit. This technique starts at C rank and must be trained up to S rank, reductions not applying to any of this training.
At C-B rank the oni is able to increase the size of their limbs drastically, up to ten times their normal size. The enlarged limb will have hardened flesh and slightly to modestly increased strength (Able to block C-B rank attacks or lower, plus 1-2 DR to STR). This can only be for a few seconds however and has a cool down of one post afterwards.
For A-S rank the oni is now able to enlarge their entire body for a short period of time (A Rank, 4 posts) or permanently with an upkeep cost of 60 after initial cast (S Rank). While enlarged their entire body will now benefit from hardened skin and increased strength by a far larger degree. A rank gives blocking to C rank attacks and lower, with a moderate resistance to A-B Rank as well as plus 3 DR to STR. Finally S rank gives blocking to all B rank attacks and lower, with moderate resistances to S-A as well as plus 4 DR to STR. The user is still able to case jutsu in this state, with the S rank form giving the benefit of all jutsu being cast increasing in size relative to the user, though their overall damage wont change (IE a B rank technique can still be stopped by another B rank technique, the main benefit is AOE).
Character: Sung Oni Technique Name: The Suicide Bomb Special Rank: C Type: Bloodline Element: Bloodline Sake Description: By creating a portion of sake into a sphere in front of the user the oni will set a fuse, typically of a few seconds, and bat it away with either their limbs or a weapon. The range is roughly 50 ft but this is increased to 150 ft if the weapon used is blunt (like a bat). Once the sake reaches an impacting point it will explode in a ball of fire, leaving any victims with nasty burns and possible concussions from the shock wave.
Character: Sung Oni Technique Name: Rough Upbringing Rank: E Type: Bloodline Element: Bloodline Sake Description: Though most oni have a good handle on their sake through this training the oni is able to become almost completely immune to the negative effects. Nothing but the strongest of drinks or the longest of binges will be able to effect the Oni, though they will still receive all positive effects of the liquid.

Character: Artemis Souma Technique Name: Chimera Clone Rank: X Type: Ninjutsu Element: Multiple, Variable Description: Artemis can generate clones that carry two elemental natures within them. They carry the same abilities of Artemis and her techniques (the ones that fall under their elements). The amount of chakra they have depends on how much Artemis gives upon creation, but the amount disperses when the clones do. They can only be created up to the rank Artemis can learn and they are a full rank weaker in strength due to the stress of carrying two natures, and therefore succumb to jutsu a rank below their own.
[ Character: Artemis Souma Technique Name: Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better Rank: X Type: Ninjutsu Element: Variable Description: If Artemis knows the elemental ninjutsu technique that the opponent is using, she can make the technique at half cost (round up; no less than 5 chakra in cost) in the responding post. She only receives a chakra discount if the technique she's copying is her body rank or lower. Character: Artemis Souma Technique Name: If I Can't Have It, No One Can Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Nonton Description: Artemis casts a jutsu that disables the use of one of her elements; in exchange, one target of her choosing is also unable to use that element. Lasts for five posts, can't be shortened nor lengthened without recasting.

Kamikaze and toya approved Wonder woman I am going to deny because I am not ok with being able to lift anything and completely overrule physics. Like taylor is tiney and squishy no amount of chakra is gonna let him lift a four story building up out the ground just because he had enough chain to wrap all the way around it. United we stand is approved though. Shell Bullet I am going to deny because it is for all intents and purposes the same thing as the hyuuga clan move Hakke Kūhekishō [ Eight Divination Signs Vacuum Wall Palm ] Enlightening Brand, Approved if you remove sight. Meleenette, Approved. Blood Calvary, PENDING. Need to think on this. All marks denied. Passives like that are unacceptable especially in that number, of that magnitude. The best you can get is a SLIGHT per body rank, of ONE attribute. Meaning you get one mark period. Four winds and inner flame. These I will approve under the condition that they cannot be activated at the same time and they cannot be used within one [1] full post of each other. Let me think on Flask of the Demon. Jigoku, we talked about this The Suicide Bomb Special, make it so that its gotta be inside of a flask of some kind and your approved. Rough Upbringing, gonna no go this as that drawback is one of the balancing factors for both the oni and the drunken fist style which your likely to get. Chimera Clone, approved. Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better, approved. If I Can't Have It, No One Can, Approved under the condition that it requires physical contact to lock them out. Also this is more of a fuinjutsu then a ninjutsu.

Technique Name: Puppet Magnification Technique Rank: B Type: Kugutsu Element: Maruton Description: By applying a significant amount of chakra to their puppet after performing hand seals with one hand per puppet, the user can transform their puppet(s) to become larger versions of theirself. Cannot become more than five times the original size and only up to two puppets can be transformed per use. This transformation lasts for up to seven [7] posts unless the puppet becomes badly damaged in this form or if the user ends the technique early. The cost can be repaid to extend the transformation duration for another seven [7] posts. Must know Combination Transformation Technique to learn.
Technique Name: Iron Sand Clone Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Jiton Description: A clone of the user or any other target which takes on the necessary colors for the sake of deception. Unlike the Satetsu clan's Iron Clone technique, this clone is more loosely built to allow for flexibility at the cost of "solid durability". The clone must be created from a source of metal sand after performing the necessary hand seals. Because of its malleable design, it is capable of manipulating its form to some degree for the sake of capturing those who engage it in close quarters combat, for example. The user can pay half the cost of this technique to fully reconstruct a clone if it is destroyed in battle as long as they do so immediately after it has been destroyed. Otherwise, the clone remains functional as long as it is in the same topic as the user. No more than two Iron Sand Clones may be active at a time.
Technique Name: Shield of Iron Sand Rank: X [Learned as B] Type: Ninjutsu Element: Jiton Description: By infusing large quantities of their jiton chakra into their reserves of metal sand the user grants the metallic grains a chained version of artificial intelligence. The metal sand that undergoes this process becomes "programmed" to protect the user from harm by forming protective barriers against oncoming threats. Requires a source of metal sand. Receives no reductions upon learning, and becomes passive as long as an S-ranked amount of chakra is dedicated to it. Metal sand defends user automatically, but can be beaten by an attack of B-rank speed or higher. In a non-passive form, the applied rank determines how fast the metal sand moves.

Kondo Kaicho Character: Masato Umechika Technique Name: Lily of the Valley: First Stance Rank: X : Simple Type: Taijutsu Element: Description: The primary offensive stance of Masato is prepared with the user's left foot forward and pointed ahead, their right foot to the rear and angled sideways, the right hand forward with the palm facing ahead, and their left hand at the side but also directing the open palm forward. Any of Masato's taijutsu techniques delivered from this stance is considered capable of inflicting wounds comparable to that of a sword after countless hours hardening their hands. Swinging strikes can cut into flesh and thrusting strikes can impale or pierce. Techniques that require specific stances outside this one cannot be executed from this stance. Learned at a B Rank. The user can execute this technique at the same level as their highest hard physical technique.
Character: Masato Umechika Technique Name: Orchid Rank: D : Spiritual Type: Taiutsu Element: Description: Masato jumps into the air to attack the opponent. With a burst of chakra prepared while jumping, they can redirect themselves on the way back down to the ground. This allows them to either tenaciously seek out the enemy to land their attack or simply evade an oncoming counterattack. The burst of chakra can propel the user up to 10 ft in whatever direction they want, allowing for seemingly impossible aerial maneuvers.
Character: Masato Umechika Technique Name: Rage Light Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Description: By applying the activation cost of this technique atop the use of another Katon techinque, the user is capable of applying this special augmented flame's properties to their jutsu. Katon technique's under this flame's property gain the visual effect of being a crimson glowing red instead of a normal flame. Metal, wood, stone and other non living substances are disintegrated instead of burning, causing them to turn to dust upon contact. Living material such as flesh is burned normally, but clothing, armor and the like are disintegrated.
Character: Masato Umechika Technique Name: Fire Mountain Orchid Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: The user channels their fire chakra into their fist. Upon extending their first, the fire chakra is released, burning the foe at the point of contact if it is made directly.. The released fire chakra manifests itself as a ten foot fireball that blows the enemy in the opposite direction. The fireball detonates in a chain, trailing behind the target, shrinking by one foot in diameter for each fireball until reaching a single foot in width. From the last fireball, the target is sent back with the concussive force up to twenty feet if uninterrupted by terrain.

Technique Name: Dance of Hyacinth Rank: B-rank Type: Ninjutsu [ Hanajutsu ] Element: Fuuton Description: Named after the flower that bloomed from the body of Hyacainthus, the lover who Apollo accidentally killed; the user channels their own fuuton chakra in to their medium, causing the petals to be coded in a thin layer of said chakra. The user then causes their flowers or petals to go in to a flurry, bombarding the target from all sides, cutting and shredding all that lies in their path. This technique cancels all emotives in the feild except for any emotive that causes fear, paranoia, or anxiety. This technique, though it can be restricted to a certain area, does not discern between friend or foe ( Max range, a circle with a radius of 10 feet-- minimum range, a circle with a diameter of 3.5 feet )
Technique Name: Dance of White Heather Rank: X [ B-rank learning ] Type: Ninjutsu [ Hanajutsu ] Element: Fuuton Description: The user collects all the current petals in the feild, reinforces them with chakra, and then pulls them in together to a stronger shield than available with Hanatoku. With the chakra reinforcement of the petals/flowers, this technique is destroyed by techniques one rank higher than it and Katon jutsu of the same rank. The cost is determined by the chakra spent reinforcing the flowers, as it's what generally protects them.
Technique Name: Dance of Fraxinella and Begonia Rank: B Type: Bloodline/Ninjutsu [ Supplemental Emotive / Hanajutsu ] Element: Fuuton / Katon Description: The user channels fuuton to first protect their petals, then ignites the petals with Katon. For the next [ 4 ] posts, any Hanajutsu used with be used with these furiously burning petals and said hanajutsu gains a rank in damage; after those four posts the petals burn in to ash, and anything covered with that ash experiences paranoia and anxiety lasting in till the ash is removed. While these petals are on fire, it is impossible to channel any other jutsu through it, rendering "Dance of Peony and Chrysanthemum" null.

By sacrificing further activation's the user can continue to increase the [Typical shot] & [speed] of a spit type inking method by a [heavily] descriptive until maxing out a blend at the users maximum body rank cap. In doing so this will often produce a stream like beam with cutting like pressure that can extend up to a few miles away in distance or a single extremely potent shot up to several miles away. This inking method requires an extremely dedicated amount of focus and dedication to maintain pressurization. If receiving a strong physical blow [C] or higher while expelling a stream or gathering pressure the user must roll a six sided dice. If landing on an odd number the user expels their blend haphazardly and additionally loses an amount of chakra equal to [The amount of times pressurized]*5. Whilst pressurizing one particular spit type inking method other spit type inking methods cannot be used. The type chosen also cannot be changed until expelled. Augmented stream spit can continue to produce an ongoing stream of the blend if sustained for 1/2 the cost but the streams intensity drops by 1 full rank each round it's sustained. Distance traveled starts maximally with 440 yards 1/4th of a mile at first pressurization, then increases to 1/2 a mile, a mile, two miles, three miles, four miles, and maximizing at five miles for single shots. A maintained pressurized stream reaches maximally 2 miles at four pressurization's.

Thusly allowing it to stretch up to 30 meters from whatever area is its base and amplifying the current extensible capabilities of limbs from 30 to 60 feet and allowing Soft Physical Formless Grapples and Evasions to be treated as [Complex] for interactions. Up to the [X] amount of Chakra spent on the technique reduces the amount of Stamina required for said techniques by half up to said rank. I.e using [A] amount of chakra will reduce the amount of Stamina needed to perform said actions of up to A-rank for a duration of [5] posts. The duration in/decreases depending on amount of chakra spent. [1] for [E] etc
Character: Kyomei Nenemaru Technique Name: Batsu: Seishin {罰: 精神} [Punishment: Soul] Rank: C [Usage] Type: Fuuin/Weapon Enhancement Duration:: [10] Description: Requiring Kyomei's Chowa to be in the Keihatsu state. When and if the Keihatsu makes physical contact with an individual it will instead phase through an individuals corporeal body and instead damage their 'soul' this is reflexive via small but sudden pain inside the body. The Keihatsu will then 'rip' out a part of that individuals soul. This is not permanent. The small fragment of soul will then temporarily be sealed into one of Kyomei's rings. Kyomei may then chime her rings at any time to inflict an amount of pain on the target equivalent to the amount of soul fragments she has collected. Starting with E at [1] D-rank [2-3] C-rank [4-5] B-rank [6] A-rank [7] S-rank [8]. If the technique's duration ends captive soul fragments are returned. Another instance of Batsu: Seishin cannot be used to refresh it's duration until after it has ended.
Character: Kyomei Nenemaru Technique Name: Batsu: Jiko han'ei {罰: 自己反映} [Punishment: Self-Reflection] Rank: B [Learn] X [Usage] Type: Bloodline Duration:: [3] Description: Affects those that are under the influence of Kyomei's Hitei or Oouen. This technique overwrites the current active barrier affects and replaces them with the following effect. Any damage sustained by Kyomei or the those under the influence of the barrier will be received by all parties equal to or less than the amount of chakra paid to use the technique. i.e Kyomei invokes Batsu: Jiko han'ei using a B-ranked amount of chakra. If she receives a B-ranked cutting wound the same cutting wound appears on those affected by her barrier. If she receives an A-ranked cutting wound this is not transferred. Exceptions are death and self inflicted injuries, these are not shared. Must be refreshed every three posts in order to sustain it. Since Kyomei is non-violent by nature this is her way of achieving stalemate.

Character: Hikaru Koi Technique Name: Bomb tag creation (Resubmission to apply with the activation rules). Rank: E ( per tag created ) Type: Bloodline/Fuuinjutsu Element: - Description: Using the knowledge of fuuinjutsu and his own affinity to control and manipulate his paper at will, Hikaru can create paper tags on the paper sheets that he touches. Only consumes one activation regardless of how many tags are created per use. (Aka, if the user make two tags which equates to a D-ranked amount of chakra, then it's still only one activation since the user is a D-ranked genin. If the user wanted to make 16 tags as a D-ranked genin, (which is an A-ranked amount of chakra) then it would take two activations, since the most tags he can generate is 8, (B-ranked)).
( If used to create and immediately store bomb tags, it must be linked on the profile. Otherwise if used in battle, this technique remains unchanged )

Character: Sung Oni Technique Name: Sake of the Fourth Winds Rank: X Type: Bloodline Element: Bloodline Sake Description: By taking it a step further the oni will intake a large portion of air into their body and transform it once inside into a special kind of sake. Half of their body will become a deep blue, as well as bright red etchings appearing along the skin the stronger the state. This doesn't require hand seals to use.
For every rank starting at D and above the user will gain 1 DR in speed. This gives it a range between 1-6 of an increase depending on the rank used. After initial casting however the form will take the same cost for upkeep per turn that was used to initially activate it. (IE if it costed 40 chakra to activate initially it will cost an additional 40 for every turn after. Cannot be used with Sake of the Inner Flames at the same time or within on post.)

Character: Sung Oni Technique Name: Flask of the Demon Rank: B Type: Bloodline Element: Bloodline Sake Description: Using the sake at their disposal the oni will enhance it with their chakra, turning the liquid blood red before it is consumed. When consumed the oni will be able to fight in battle well ignoring all wounds, at the cost of their mind. The only focus for the oni will be destroying their enemies so they will be unable to dodge attacks, but may parry with brute force. Loss of blood/motor functions still apply.
Character: Sung Oni Technique Name: The Suicide Bomb Special Rank: C Type: Bloodline Element: Bloodline Sake Description: By creating a portion of sake into a sphere in front of the user the oni will set a fuse, typically of a few seconds, and bat it away with either their limbs or a weapon. The range is roughly 50 ft but this is increased to 150 ft if the weapon used is blunt (like a bat). Once the sake reaches an impacting point it will explode in a ball of fire, leaving any victims with nasty burns and possible concussions from the shock wave.
Character: Sung Oni Technique Name: Liquid Fire Rank: C Type: Bloodline Element: Bloodline Sake Description: A similar technique to the suicide bomb special the difference with this technique is instead of a violent explosion the ball of sake when lit with the timer flame will expand with fire over a wide area, roughly 20 ft, and leave flames that are not easily doused. They required one rank higher water techniques to put out and tend to stick to clothing and flammable material much more easily then regular flames.
