I'd say 9/10. I don't quite understand Sundae being there but otherwise it's pretty coordinated with the theme I think you're going with.

It's a really great outfit, cute, not too cluttered, the colors match, but they weer all from a matching set except the sword.

i like the colorful items, but i think you coul use another 1 or 2 of them. perhaps change the brown hair to something colorful as well.
