I really want to be excited for these particular holidays

I miss those days when I count down the days for that wonderful morning
and when I just stare at the presents and get anxious
and when my family would do something interactive together

but those days are long gone and I have to except the fact that my have to parents work all the fricken time. They don't even know me anymore. I hate my mother and I'm starting to hate my father as well.

I know they work hard for what I have now, but when they don't give an effort for your emotional well being and ignore you and get angry at you during the holidays, it all doesn't matter.

I wish everything was....better now

But who knows - maybe this holiday will be different. I hope it'll be a bit better even just a little.
