Remember that the term "angel" can be used to describe any winged humanoid.

If they have black wings they must be referred to as a "fallen angel".

Or wings of fire. That's the only time an angel can be described using fire, though.

God is not capable of evil or insanity. He is, after all, God. And obviously the only motivation behind Lucifer's rebellion must be pride--just like it says in the Bible--because it's not like God has any reason to be dishonest about what happened.

Also, there is nothing on Earth that the fallen angels might prefer to heaven. Free will? Of course not. Who needs free will when you're happy? And of course they'll hate humans just because God likes them. Demons are always evil.
