2. Copy and paste the order form code that you want at the bottom of this post into the blank document (you may save it if you think you need to)
3. FILL IN YOUR PREFRENCES OVER THE *?* SIGNS.
4. Post the new order form code you just made here at my shop, DO NOT P.M. YOUR ORDER FORMS TO ME.
