Intro
Welcome to Artistic Tendencies, an art shop owned by me, Ryuurei. :3 In a nutshell, I'll draw:
- Avatar art
- Original characters
On:
- Paper (colored with colored pencils)
- Microsoft Paint
But please read the Rules and How To first. They'll help make things less confusing when/if you ask me to draw you something. ^^;
This shop exists more for me to practice drawing than to make gold off of what I'm doing, which is why my prices are relatively cheap.
As the title says, I will advertise your art shop or quest thread for free. Just ask me to in a bump. And it would be nice if you advertise for me if I'm advertising for you (but it's not required).

Rules
- I reserve the right to add and, if need be, break rules as I see fit.
- DO NOT edit my artwork. The only thing I give you permission to do is make it larger or smaller, or if you want to do something like use a headshot of a fullbody, that's okay.
- For the time being, I'm taking unlimited requests, until I get overwhelmed or I go to college. Whichever comes first.
- If it's Sunday on a weekend where I have the scanner, please don't ask me to draw something and expect me to have it done before I go home. D: (See my schedule at the bottom of this section.)
- I didn't think I would have to say this (I guess I have an innocent mind =^^= ), but I won't do hentai. However, I WILL do shonen-ai, shojo-ai, hetero couples, etc., as long as it's PG-13 or lower.
- Follow the ToS. Be good.

How To
This is how you go about asking me for art:
1. Post here or PM me. PMs will probably get a response faster.
2. I PM you when I acknowledge your request.
3. We do one of two things:
- You pay me upfront and trust me to not scam you. ^^; You can always report me if I do.
OR
- We wait until the drawing is done, I send you a mini pic with a giant "SAMPLE" across it just to show you it's done, you send me the gold, and I'll send you the full-size pic.

Other things you should know
- I can't get to a scanner everyday; only when I'm at my dad's. You may have to wait days or weeks before you get a hand-drawn picture.
- I can almost always get an MS Paint drawing to you at a reasonable time.
- If I don't get a picture to you by the date I told you I would have it done, you only have to pay half.
- Long OC descriptions make me bored. @.@ Try to keep it brief.
- I have never done mecha in my entire life. >_>; I think I could manage it with a reference pic...but I thought I would just warn you for the sake of your own gold.

They're always full bodies unless you request less. I won't do pencil sketches, though; they just don't show up well when scanned in.
I can do realistic-ish drawings or anime. Your choice. If you don't specify, then I'll more than likely draw it in anime.

If your shop has been inactive for over six months with no sign of coming back, I shall remove it from this section. However, if you put up some notice saying the shop is temporarily closed, I will leave it.

8/11/2007 - With my summer job over with, I've decided to take unlimited requests, just to see how that goes.
7/22/2007 - Now that I have a job, I'm taking my to-draw list down from eight to three.
6/9/2007 - The scanner is hooked back up, and now we have a banner. ^^
5/26/2007 - Artistic Tendencies is revived (huzzah!).
1/28/2007 - Artistic Tendencies closes until further notice.
