tab Violet loves people. She loves to make them smile and make new friends. Both of which are very easy for her; she's got a good-willed air about her.

tab Along with going out of her way to make people happy, she also will go out of her way to stand up for the little man. She doesn't like to see people suffer and her heart is too soft sometimes. Regardless she'll be at your side no matter what if you're facing injustice. Even if she's not too fond of you.

tab Just because she doesn't like to see people suffer doesn't mean she'll sugar coat things. Violet's a firm believer that honesty is the best policy. However this can sometimes get her in trouble if she doesn't think her words over carefully.

tab She loves to go exploring and try new things. This, much like her mouth, can get her into trouble. But as long as she's not hurting anyone she doesn't see the harm in breaking a few rules from time to time.

tab While she's proud of her accomplishments and quite aware of her strengths, she gets discouraged easily. Comments made on her height, name, home life, quality of work, etc. dampens her parade quickly. More often then not she'll try to hide it, but she's never been very good at hiding her weaknesses.

★)) Violet was born to a couple in Melbourne, Australia late in February. Neither were really prepared for a child at the time, seeing as they were fresh out of high school, but they vowed to do their best to raise their baby girl. Money was tight most of her life, but Violet still swears they did right by her.

★)) She was always seen as a rather special child. Not really odd persay but she seemed to shine brighter than the others in school. She was cheery and compassionate to everyone and tried her best not to burden others. She helped when she could, even when that eventually meant taking matters into her own hands. Animals were drawn to her. Living in Australia, you can imagine the problems that would bring. In middle school when given the opportunity to try out archery, her teachers were astounded to find the girl whom had never touched a bow was a sure a shot as any master of the quiver.

★)) It wasn't until high school that things started to fall apart in her life, and subsequently fall perfectly into place. Sophomore year Violet came home from school to find her mother crying at the dinner table, blood dripping from her nose, bruises on her face, and a rag dotted with deep crimson smears clutched firmly in one hand. Her father, though spacey and likely not nearly as loving as her mother would like, was not one to raise a hand to her. Violet's mother professed it was her friend who had been carpooling with her for a good many years now who had tried to make a move on her. A broken nose and a black eye was the least he could have inflicted on her.

★)) Naturally her father was furious when he came home from work later that afternoon but it was well after Violet had dealt with the problem by means of vandalization of his vehicle. It wasn't until later that she learned the arrow she shot later that night in frustration, the one she thought she'd over shot into the woods behind their home, had actually landed straight in the back tire of the piece of scum who lived four streets over. The signature brass coloured arrow with amber coloured feathers and a silver tip was the only evidence that held her to the crime.

★)) A year later she learned that she was fully gifted with enhanced marksmanship towards true targets. Whatever she aimed to hit, she would hit. Among that she also held a strong affinity to animals and nature. Allowing her to manipulate the earth and latch onto the souls of beasts. Neither of her parents were truly aware of their special child. Mostly because Artemis had gifted them with her. It wasn't until the goddess herself appeared before Violet as a teen in the form of a stag that any of it made sense. Even then it was hard to grasp. But she took it upon herself to learn more and through many hours of research, Vi found this miracle school for the special kids like her.

tab tab tab He's moody. That's for sure. And certainly a dark cloud in Vi's sunny sky, but since her personal code demands she help those she can, she's nice to him and helps him with her powers if need be.

tab tab tab Manny is a deer really. Sweet and stand-offish but quite jumpy when you get too close. When she tries to strike up a conversation with him, he runs off.

tab tab tab Ariana is the closest thing to a best friend Vi has at school. And by default that makes her her best friend, partner in crime, and hip buddy. Honestly Vi's waiting for her to get annoyed or fed up with her. It happens way too often with those she gets close to.
