() veria is a land known for the various shifting winds. it bustles with many unique races such as sirens, mermaids, and other various beast creatures; perhaps because veria relies on the musical talent that was born within it. the political system the citizens comply to here hail with well known and gentle rulers. very merciful. however kind they may be, they are also a ruthless force to enemies among arcadian foes. veria frowns upon the practice of unnatural magics, such as that of witches and wizards provide. they also happen to believe that humans are rather primitive for the current day in age and refuse to harbor them unless adopted, musically inclined, or the family pertains to some sort of wealth. primals are a more 'scarier' form of humans. nervous for the fact that they have enhanced mental and physical capabilities of humans without having some sort of unique race trait with the help of science - another distant that veria does not entirely agree with. technology is by far advanced. a small module has enough power to give the city all the energy it needs, however this city is well shielded from chimera and has yet to be overtaken like most cities in arcadia. due to this nature, veria refuses to assist falling and fallen cities.

() It was once a bustling metropolis beside the ocean, but its name has long since been lost. Now only referred to as "Oceanus", it is a hodge-podge of dilapidated buildings and random foliage. It has its own beauty, however, and bustles with its own kind of citizens. Those born into Oceanus rarely venture outward. It is secular, a world unto itself and one that does not treat visitors kindly. The constant threat of Chimera from both land and sea has forced the Oceanus people to develop a close bond with one another. One could consider it a "small town feel" in such that everyone knows everyone. This is not simply for the sake of gossip, however. Keeping in touch with one another is what saves them annihilation. By banding together, the people are able to beat back the Chimera and protect their own. Currently it is home to mostly humans, however there are sporadic citizens of other races, mostly aquatic. There is a small family of mermaids whom own one of the larger fishing teams. Their help is appreciated by the people, though it took several years for them to be accepted. For the most part, Oceanus is quiet, secluded, and distrusting.

() Excidiio was once an extravagant, futuristic city. After the world wide catastrophe, the city now destroyed was essentially abandoned. A few decades passed and a group of outcasts took residence in the skeletal city. After this group moved in, they started to get the ball rolling. They started off as a communist nation, the means of production divided evenly. Over time the city started being controlled by a powerful family, they essentially anointed themselves the rulers and no one really did anything about it. More decades passed and the economic gap between the rich and poor reached a maximum; the family built a huge complex of skyscrapers which were immensely extravagant as well as securely protected by none other than the buildings of the poor. They named the tallest skyscraper Kehlifa, the cluster of buildings was called Centrale, and eventually the Outer City was called just that, the Outer City. After just twelve years of living through attack after attack of Chimera the residents of the Outer City revolted, and eventually they overthrew the long, standing family. Nowadays the Centrale Government is adjusting to the change of power, but they still tend to help themselves a bit more. Kehlifa, the skyscrapers and the Outer City were eventually connected with intricate bridges and tunnels. Excidiio houses both the tallest building in the known world, Kehlifa, and the longest tunnel, Iahob.

() The city is bustling and loud. You know the one city that used to never sleep? Well, make this the new named city that never sleeps. Every street is filled with unique shops, restaurants, and new gadgets. Nearly at every corner, someone will try and stop you just to sell something. Or better yet ask for money. For being the last human controlled city left in Arcadia, it's rather well kept than most remaining cities on the planet. Although it seeks constant technological advances to continue to thrive, farmers live near the outskirts of the city to grow Noxis's food. Other races have agreed to help restore the remaining human civilization – so don't be surprised if you spot a mermaid swimming in the fountains! Or a pixie pilfering through a crowd! One more thing, however. Nothing comes in and nothing goes out...unless that is, you happen to be permitted to do so.

() although reapers are not immortal, they are all dead beings. they do not take lightly to mortals roaming around the city, in fact most are held captive until a reason proves otherwise. not many know of this location or know the existence of reapers, so it's very rare to meet them outside of the city. they are very stealthy and emotionless creatures - they see that emotions cause decisions to be acted on rashly like most mortals. because they have no souls themselves, they are denied of this. finding this city is a feat for it rests under the earth and water. an entrance rests on top of a mountain top. it takes a tunnel to the wide city below. reapers and chimera aren't allies, but they aren't enemies either. chimera still contain souls so technically it goes against the ways of haides to mass murder the ugly creatures.

() think of every dilapidated town you've ever seen in your lifetime, every cracked window, broken doorframe, unpaved road: and now merge it into one, a city-town located at the edge of a jungle-- or, to be more precise, is now overgrown with said greenery. this isn't your quaint "oh lookie there's ivy growing in the cracks of this here cathedral", it's a full blown invasion of flora. the walls that had surrounded wisteria have already been broken down, and it's only a matter of time before the chimeras are able to invade the run down area. due to the isolated location of wisteria, they don't get much help, and barely any trade; it's a dying town, and the government is doing jack s**t to help it. the residents are having enough trouble scraping together funds for food and daily necessities as it is. with the threat of chimeras increasing each day, most residents with family elsewhere have already skipped town. only a handful of people remain.

() Nemori has existed for a long time, giving rise to such legends as Atlantis ( but the two are very different, don’t worry ). Nemori is an island that was home to outcasts of all species. The lived off the forest and sometimes the water. It was until the past ten or so years, did the people manage to come together and create a working village. They are accepting to all, if you manage to get on. Why? Nemori is a floating island, a living creature itself. While the people, some born on the island, others outcasted to it, come from all walks of life and have different beliefs, they all agree that the island is a deity itself. Therefore it treated and cared for with the utmost respect. The island has become a Micronation with the village it’s capital. Even though it just became unified across the island and in the world's view, the people had formed alliances going far back and are a force to be reckoned with. It is a very rural place with little technology from the outside world, as they have only just opened doors to it. Most of the people live within the Village or on the Docks.
