No longer accepting renters. Losing interest in Gaia.
If you'd like to buy the shop, PM me with offers. Will go to highest offer at end of last renting period (June 15th 21st @ 6PM PST).
I would prefer it go to someone who can make additional items for the shop if they want to since I have no interest it making anymore items for the shop or really being on Gaia anymore.But if not, it's fine~ You'll get all the customs files anyway.

Basic Knowledges:
-Know the basics in how mini shops run; you don't need to have owned one, but you do need to understand how they run. I really don't want to step-by-step the whole process on how to run a mini shop to every renter.
-Know how to copy/paste image codes from photobucket (you don't need your own); know how to get into the subalbums from the main album.
-Be able to be on Gaia fairly frequently for the period for which you are renting the shop.
-If you have another mini shop or any type of shop on Gaia, please be sure you're able to deal with both. Same goes for RL. If you're busy, you're busy. Don't try to take on too much. You'll wear yourself out : <
-Be willing to follow directions (I'll give you a lot of discretion with the shop, but there are certain guidelines I would like followed)
Knowledge Required if you want to do customs:
-Knowledge of how to use layers on GIMP/Photoshop/SAI Paint tool (hiding/unhiding; adjusting order when needed)
-Ability to draw on the computer if you wish to do custom patterns or items. (being able to lock opacity on layers/changing layer settings/etc is required for this)
-I'm still not sure if I'll ask for samples if you decide to do customs in your rent-a-shop D;
Other Requirements:
-Trustworthy! A must! I will ask for some sort of reference of your character/personality. (more explanation later)
-Fairly prompt with orders, or if you're gong to be busy for a period of days, willing to let customers know what's going on (don't just disappear)
-----&you don't have to fill orders every day, of course, but you shouldn't rent the shop for 2 months and then do all the orders on the last day D;
-Uhm. Language usage. I need to be able to understand what you're saying. Not a fan of 'text talk'. Don't think many customers are either.
-Polite, patient, willing to explain when questions arise, able to deal with problems in at least a semi-calm manner. (I know trolls are way annoying, but try to stay cool. Just stay cool, man. Just stay cool. ) If there are serious problems, come talk to me.
For "trustworthiness" reference section:
It doesn't need to be someone from the mini shops. It can be someone you've completed an art trade with. It can be a winner of a contest you held (being able to say you delivered the prizes promptly), it can be an auction winner. If you've owned a shop (mini shop or other), customers willing to vouch for you would be fine. I'm looking to see that you make good on your deals and that people find you trustworthy. I'll do my own snooping XD But I'd like to see what people can come up with.
Also, if you have had recent, public problems with another user and you know I'll probably find this when checking out how you treat others, please feel free to explain your side. I understand issues/misunderstandings/trolls come up.
Types of Customs:
Equip-able Items Only Slots: For these custom slots, you would only need to know how to hide and unhide layers. You would not need to do custom items or fur patterns, so you would not need to know how to draw on the computer at all. You don't need to show samples for this type of custom slot.
Equip-able Items and Custom Patterns: For these types of slots, you would need to know how to hide/unhide layers and how to make custom patterns for the pets. You would need to know how to adjust the layer modes so you wouldn't have to recolor the base everytime. I would need samples of how you can design patterns. I can provide you with the kitty or bunny lineart if you wish to show me using it.
"Everything" Customs:This means you would be open to, not only equipable items and custom patterns, but open to doing custom items for the pets too. This might include things like wings, bows, scarves...little items like that that customers might ask for. For this, you would need to be able to use layers, draw on the computer in a neat style similar to my own, and you would need to provide me with colored samples before. I can provide you with the kitty or bunny lineart if you wish to show me using it.

* I will be very picky with any 2 month renters. I must know you either well or know that you have a good reputation with in the mini shops. I might even limit this to people who have tried renting the shop before.
Note:I might be pickier with applicants applying for "High traffic" times. Such times might include times such as the winter season, Halloween, etc.
