Okay, so emotional stuff aside...*cough*
I sort of liked Vanessa's wedding dress? I know it's cut really short, but like Ami said, it fits her character.

I really hope this means Gaia's other children will be making their introductions really soon to the world.

Upon closer inspection, it isn't Gaia holding the hat, it's the Turtle god.

Still, it's touching and nice that he's been remembered.

No you were right in the first place. That is Meili's hat. Though, the Turtle god is with her in the panel below that. That is where people saw him.

Unless the Turtle god is actually a she then that's Gaia holding Meili's hat.

Yeah, but the skin color is different; darker than Gaia's.
And you can see the star patterned shell in the panel too.
The Turtle god must have retrieved Meili's body from Dref Dur.

Honestly? I'm glad Vanessa has a short dress with a long train. That's exactly the design I went for in my Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy Crossover with Gaia NPCs and my design has her wearing a short dress with a long train, so, kudos for me! emotion_yatta Although, I did give her pants, so, I might actually fix that. ninja

And, I am so happy they got married! heart

It was somber to see Gaia mourn for her son. cry

So...that all happened. Edmund and Vanessa are officially married (Think they'll update the shopkeeper dialog in the shops?), Gaia mourns Meili with a surprise appearance from the Turtle, and we're left with a cliffhanger. One Last Thing...Dear Gods I hope it pops up next week. Weren't we told this update would be the last? Guess there was one last thing Reapersun needed to put in a separate update. I'm expecting a nice thank you for our support for the plot over these many years, feels like the kind of thing that would happen.

Also, "Five Sons" my ethereal posterior THE TURTLE HAS BOOBS AND IS THUS A CHICK! Easy explanation is the Turtle was in fact born a male but used god powers to change into female later in her lifespan. Would make the most sense, but a guy the Turtle ain't.

I doubt the one last thing is addressing to us for supporting the manga since the handwriting is Gino's. So he may write something that either related to what Gaia, Edmund, Meili, or Johnny said. I have a feeling it is something that is hidden in the dark from us until now.

As for Genbu.... We already know that Genbu is the one with opposite gender. I can't find the exact page that has all the Gods (on phone), but I remembered an image of the four gods and Genbu resembles as a girl. Truth be told, it can be either Genbu identifies as a guy despite being born a girl, being a hermaphrodite, or had sex changed. Personally, I prefer hermaphrodite since few Gods/Goddess consider to have no gender or either.

Okay that was deeply bizarre. ... and I kinda loved it.

Apparently Diedrich was already at least somewhat more intelligent than the average grunny, but his personality changed when he ate Johnny's ashes... and was that when he actually became fully sentient? Seems like it might have been...

We've already been given an explanation for Diedrich that involved the residual G-Virus in Johnny's body. This story partly contradicts that explanation, but the residual G-Virus might still be why Diedrich 'evolved' when he ate the ashes. Thinking about it, Diedrich can't have somehow 'absorbed' Johnny's spirit to become his reincarnation, because we saw Johnny's spirit in the battle with Nyx and he wasn't in Diedrich.

And I am fully on board with the idea that Diedrich was a failed experiment. xd

Louie and Vanessa each have new dialogue revealing that the baby's name is Violet. Also, from Vanessa, we now know that part of the reason it took Edmund so long to return to his shop is because he took some paternity leave.
