Valen is an avian sanctuary, a floating metropolis. It's what was left of an ancient planet, now a series of islands afloat in a sea of clouds.
The inhabitants of Valen are humanoids with tails and ears and incredible mechanical wings that have helped them adapt to their home. The metro areas of Valen are very similar to Gaia's Aekea. Technology is a staple to their culture and the metal of one's wings has a lot to say about their place in society. Though, there are many islands sporting different cultures and some without any development or buildings at all. The islands are always shifting and depending on how brave you are, you could fly out far enough to make your own discoveries. Careful they don't shift while you're out there, though, or you could be lost for years on your own deserted hell.

The main species that lives on Valen's islands are feline but there are others too. Canines are the second most common, followed equally by other mammals, but there are other, rarer races.

Valen also houses many secrets. The destruction of the land they came from is one of the most closely guarded histories, but most of the youth don't care to press the elders of the community, and the hierarchy is a rigid value in their society. Only small underground sects of rebellion oppose the noble class.

Mysteries, conspiracies, and adventures lurk in every diverse corner here. Where's your place?

*Valen is the main city which spans across the three largest islands

*The most common species in the cities are cats similar to our regular house cats. Larger cats and canines are the second most common, followed by other mammals such as rodents. Reptiles exist but are terribly rare and exotic and there are rumors of others with feathery wings that have no need for the mechanical add-ons. There are also some rare, 'savage' inhabitants on the outer islands who have never received their wings.

*Everyone born into the Valen society is given wings. Babies have the ability to shift in and out of animal forms like lycans but as they get older, they lose that ability, weighed down by ever growing wing sizes to support them. Anyone without wings is considered savage and strange.

*The metal and quality one's wings are made out of shows their social class. Soldiers wings are made from sturdy materials, nobles are decorative and made of more expensive, precious metals, and the peasants... well they take what they can get. Even rusted iron.

*The elders and scholars are at the top of Valen's society. Followed by the nobles, the soldiers, and the peasants. The street rats that populate most of the mixed styles and cultures that make up the single city world.

For a regular pet, be it Canine, Feline, Creation or Other. Must be on regular lines, no custom wings.

Rando-custom: 25k
You pick a gender, everything else is up to the colourist. No complaining afterwards either.
Semi-custom: 50k
You pick a gender, and provide either three colours, a song or other form of inspiration.
Colour Custom: 70k
You pick everything. No edits.
Minor edits; 100k,
Minor edits such as changing facial expression, small accessories.
Moderate edits; 200k,
Moderate edits such as ears/tail edits and small outfit tweaks like making a male shirtless instead of a bandaged chest, ect.
Major Edits: 300k (depending on level of edits)
Major edits such as hairstyle, multiple wings, difficult ears/tail, moderate outfit changes
Massive Edits: Bribe Only
Custom wings, complete outfit changes.

Avian Slots

For a pet on Avian Lines.
