Comments: is Jed again. Unlike Dixie, Jed doesn't like to take his meds so that the infection doesn't take over. At this point in the story, he's off his meds and goes careening into Beedie's desert property like an actual animal tearing up the place, and she ties him up to her Jeep as a punishment.

A very brain barf kinda art as it doesn't make sense. Drew this while talking with one of my bestie so I didn't put much thought to the process or planning but went with the flow. A mindless doodle.

Originally wanted to incorporate 'Grace' theme with this as a lady holding a love letter but it went in a complete different direction.
and i ran out of time...
this looks a bit more of a love letter bg with the girl as a forefront as a 'memory' maybe but i didn't lower the opacity and play with the effects.

Used a new type of brush for the lineart - i feel the texture shows a lot more and it's quite pleasin to work with.
didn't want to paint it but did add a bit here and there like the blush and a shadow under the letter. also did a bit of hatchin but its a bit tough to hatch usin a tablet

You make faces look easy. n -n Had no idea you're having a hard time with the faces. The bits of glow are perfect

thank you qq it's been a struggle for a while, I took a long break from art and now I feel like I forgot everything xD It's obviously not true but still... and I'm not really in the mood to put myself through any anatomy/portrait tutorials right now
coming here and drawing random stuff with random approaches helps tho heart

Oh nooooo @ the long break. The breaks can feel so good when we've got art block, but.. agreed.. it's so hard to draw when rusty. Sounds like you're doing what's best! Drawing what you feel like is better than nothing. That said, I haven't noticed any anatomy issues or anything so you're hiding it well o:

Did you beat it? Here's where I shamefully admit that I still have the last boss fight left. I haven't returned to the game since I know I'd have to run around a while first, to relearn all the controls. > < ...And I was looking forward to getting that shiny charm. XD

Hmm I don't think I beat it yet? At least, whenever I think I'm done, it keeps giving me more stuff to do. xD But I guess the final final boss, I haven't beaten yet. That shiny charm does sound handy though. I really want a shiny Piplup. >~<

Hopefully your muscle memory will kick in quickly if/when you play again!

Oooo cutie. I have shiny Piplups since there was a community day on Pokemon Go for Piplup and the shiny chance becomes like 1/25. o 3o I keep saying I'm gonna transfer my shiny pokemon into Home so I can use them in other games... but never do.
There was an exploit that got patched in Arceus, but I did it several times when it worked. It was just easier to reset the mass event hordes for shiny pokemon. Now that was fun. I didn't mind shiny hunting since I got them in less than 15 mins (or gave up XD ).
