Unfortunately the only way to do this at the moment is to cancel the subscription then contact customer support by filing a billing ticket at our Help Center. We're looking at adding a payment change page in the future.

It's fine to use one thread versus the other. Both threads are monitored on a daily basis and we take all suggestions into consideration as long as they meet eligibility requirements.

is there any real difference between admin and admin lead on gaia? im sure you both have at least what appears on the surface to have same powers. i don't want any internal details i was just mainly curious if there is any real difference that regular users can't see or is it just a difference in title and no real difference?

There's no real difference now, but back when we had a larger customer support team we would differentiate the two based on the person's role and responsibilities in the company.

Can we please have button that allows us to delete whole pages of comments?
I have over 3000 comments spanning over 190 pages (some apparently hidden) and deleting the comments one by one takes forever. I get bored real fast because it is so slow and end up not doing it for ages (why it builds up) or my computer complains and gets laggy and I have to give it up. Deleting who pages of comments would make things a lot easier - and easier to free up some of your database space.
