ARGH! The bank is driving me CRAZY!

Okay gang. This is what I can do at the bank right now.

1) Start trades.
2) Complete trades.

This is what I canNOT do.

1) Confirm any trades sent to me.

That means ALL deposits, and any withdrawls sent to me cannot be dealt with until the bank decides to behave again.
