[Zemalia]

★ Bumps cost 3g each. Exceptions are to repeat customers and charitable/quest threads which cost 2g per bump.
☆ There are two bribe slots available at all times. The minimum pay per each of these slots is 5g per bump. Please note on your order form that you are requesting a bribe slot.
★ Orders may be declined on the opinion of the thread owner and manager(s). If an order is placed and order slots are full it will be moved to the wait list and moved up at a later time.
☆ Post all order forms in the thread, no private messaging please!
★ After posting, please send a trade request to Zemalia with the amount to be paid and label it "bump order" "stormy bumps" or something of the like. The trade will not be accepted until the order is completed. For wait list orders a PM will be sent to the customer to start the trade when it is moved up off the wait list.
☆ Minimum of 100 bumps per order, maximum of 1000. Please note, we are currently not doing more than one order of 1000 bumps at a time unless there is no deadline.
★ Our bumpers can chat with anyone who enters your thread, post at specific time intervals, or can comply to any other special requests. Please include these in your order form. However any ridiculous requests (such as bump only every 10 minutes) might be requested by Zemalia to be adjusted or removed.
☆ If you would like a different bump template than the ones we use, please make note of it under the "Special Requests" section of the form.
★ When considering time deadlines, please make them reasonable. For this purpose, please assume we cannot do more than 50 bumps per day.
☆ Next to "Stormy Weather?" put "frappe!".
★ Tips, extras and freebies are accepted, but in no way are required. In case you wonder where these tips go, it goes straight back into the service to provide new graphics, rewards to employees, and fund pay raises.
☆ If for whatever reason we are not able to complete your order by the time you requested, a refund may be issued for what was not completed or the bumps can be transferred to another thread. In this case, the owner Zemalia will PM you to work out details.
★ If you would like to reorder with us when your order is complete feel free to PM Zemalia or Lady Solarius with a request. Alternatively you can request an auto-renewal in the order form or request to be wait-listed. Auto-renewals will be done once only. If you would like a renewal again, please post a new form.

☆ Effective of Feb. 1st, 2011 all employees are paid 10g per bump!
★ Employees are required to complete at least 250 bumps each paycheck, the 1st and 16th of every month, unless notice is given in advance. I'm usually really lenient with this so long as you are active or give me notice.
☆ New recruits will have to work for one month (1st to 31st) to receive their first paychecks. This is to ensure we don't have people just popping in and out.
★ Points are awarded for every 100 bumps, equal to five points, which can be redeemed for gold or prizes. Bumping in bribe slots earns you double the points you normally would (e.g. Bumping 100 in a bribe slot would earn you 10 points).
☆Extra points may be awarded by the owner based on quality of performance and for completing 50 bumps in one session of high priority orders which are identified by the wahmbulance .
★ Every month on the 1st and 16th a trade labeled with the total bumps is to be sent to Zemalia for pay day. Any rewards in the form of gold are included with these checks and must be redeemed at least one full day before the trade is sent.
☆ Employees are responsible for keeping track of their day to day, and therefore weekly, tally of bumps. If tallies are not posted, pay will not be given, so please ensure this is done correctly.
★ When starting, continuing, pausing, or finishing an order make sure to post in the thread with your status. This is important to let other employees know what is being worked on.
☆ When starting a new order please ensure you have read the special requests section and comply to the customer's needs.
★ While not typically requested by most customers, please don't bump a thread if another service is doing so. Its just rude and is not a good use of the bumps that they have paid for.
☆ All bumps must be numbered correctly and should be in the template provided in this post unless otherwise requested by customers.
☆ Next to your username in the application be sure to add a heart
★ Post all applications in thread; do not private message the owner please.
☆ Employees are encouraged to use proper spelling and grammar at all times.
★ Any employee who has not been in the thread for two weeks without notice to Zemalia will be removed from the roster.
