literacy
» This is a semi-literate roleplay. that duznt mean u can start tlkng lyk dis, k? [You can only do that ooc. But try not to, thats pretty annoying...]
• When your character is speaking, use quotes ( "enterwhateveryourcharacterissayinghere" ).
• NEVER use asterisks. If you do, the moment I see it, youll get a slap D:< ( *She walked into the room*, *walks into room*, ETC )
• Writers block happens alll the time, nothing to worry about. Just try to post at least 5-10 sentences a post. Describe what they're feeling, what clothes they're wearing, whaattteever helps the others to be able to imagine your character.
But I dont want you to be posting too much. This isn't a literate roleplay. If you don't want to follow these rules, go find a literate or adv literate roleplay.
• If you're going to be on vacation, or whatever, please tell myself or a co-owner. If you can't handle posting once at least every 1-3 day, don't join. If you don't post within three days I'll warn you, and if you don't send back a valid reason within another three, you're out.
post formats
» Would you like to roleplay in a thread with a bunch of disgusting looking formats? It doesn't matter how much they post [okay, yes it does. ] but what counts is the outside.
• Pleeaasee, please try and put pictures of your characters into your post formats.
• Try and do different colors for actions, quotes and thoughts.
• You could put quotes, lyrics, icons or whatever to make it look prettier.
bad stuff
» Hey, don't be 'that one annoying guy', or whatever. Try and have some fun with everyone else, just make sure you follow the rules.
• No cybering D:<
• No god-modding
• Follow T.O.S
• Do not rush people to post; I know, it can get really irritating if the person your character is talking to hasn't posted in a while; but if you do want to remind them, be polite. And if it's only been a couple of minutes, I'm sure they probably are just AFK or working on a post. So, try and wait at least a couple of hours.
• Nothing above PG-13, of course.
• Quote your post only if someone asked you to or if it was 5+ pages back and no one has responded to it. If it has not been 5 pages since you posted but want someone to respond, remind or ask someone to politely in OOC.
• Please don't join if you plan on quitting anytime soon In fact, don't join if you plan on quitting.
• This is NOT a fantasy roleplay!
• Please don't argue or get in a fight with me or anyone else in the roleplay. If you disagree about something, let's try and work it out calmly.
good stuff
» If you follow all the rules here, then you may be rewarded...
• Follow the rules
• Respond to posts as soon as you can! If you are RPing with someone, and you don't reply, that'll just keep making the other person wait.
• Be nice to everyone else, etcetc.
characters
» There are lots of ways to make your characters unique, but just make sure you follow these rules.
• Please, try and make your character full Japanese. (/racist?! nahh.) This is Japann! It's pretty unusual for there to be so many un-ful-japanese..es. And if you need any help coming up with a Japanese name, feel free to ask me. ( Yes, I'm japanese. )
• Try skimming over others' character profiles before you send in a form. It's no fun if your character's personality, looks, clothing style, traits, etc is too similar to someone else's.
• I'm really picky about honorifics. The '-san', '-chan', '-kun', '-senpai'. If you're playing a character from the series, they usually have a certain way of calling their friends. For example, Hunny calls everyone with a '-chan', usually. So you get the idea. If you dont remember who calls who what, feel free to ask in the OOC chat.
