I sign wholeheartedly. I have been a member on various accounts since 2005. I came back after a couple of years only to see the marketplace in utter ruin. Items that only require minimal effort to create or get (such as inks) are selling for hundreds of thousands of gold. That's not even the worst part. That part excited me, actually. I instantly sold a few inks for a quick mil. I still have my old dream avi on my profile, it totaled a whopping 1.3 million gold. That was A LOT back then. Now a million is nothing. I find it hard to find a point to even log on anymore. Nothing is unique, and if it is it costs an arm and a leg (irl). I can't afford to keep up with everybody. I can understand monthly collectibles for 2.50 a month, but I can't drop 50 bucks on a bunch of chance items that will be replaced in a week anyways.. It is a shame Gaia ended up like this.

Tbh, I've recently spent RL money for GC and purchased some chance items. The fact That I got 90mil from just one use made me all excited. But now, it seems like you HAVE to use GC if you wanna keep up with the economy. And now, I kind of regret buying the GC.

I will sign my how things have changed in 5 years I went from working for gold you could get some nice items for about 100k now 8 mill seems like a deal . The stupid welcome fairy seems to have taken a liking to me but the gold she gives out wont help the newer gaians any . I remember wishing to buy items in Dernier*Cri now I own one of every thing in it . This needs to stop soon or there may be no one left .
