I have been playing with my avatar and the troll skin from the changeling babies. I ADORE that skin except for one detail: the nose. I do like it, don't get me wrong, but some times I want my lipstick smile and it layer over the nose looking plain weird.
Now, the reason I love the troll skin is simple: it makes the avi's appearance a bit fuller and rounder. Something that has been requested before and the main reason it's been denied is quite reasonable: it would involve re-drawing all items to fit the rounder skin. But without exceeding the size of the base skin, the artist managed to make a rounder figure and give the avi a bit more bust, belly and creates the illusion of more generous hips in females and defines the pecs better on male avis (plus it gives both the sensation of smoother skin). YAY!
There are also other options to make a full figure avi, I know: the wingdings shirt makes the hips actually bigger, as well as pecs or bust or buttocks. Also the fatty shirt for males give a big belly. The problem with those is that you can't layer clothes over them or use the stars from the fallen wish, for example.
The detail is that the nose and stripes some times don't fit an avatar. I know that asking for an already fully evolved item to be edited is not wise nor convenient, ergo, not possible, but we have the option of turning this into a potion, right? or a skin in a new evolution item too.
TL;DR make a full figure human potion without exceeding the original base size.
