The last generation of Sainte Ciel: Agape showed an intriguing new scissor item. It "cuts" hair by removing a layer of pixels. For instance...



It's a great way to turn female hairstyles into guy hairstyles, longer hairstyles into shorter cutesy hairstyles, and just an overall way to shake up the wardrobe you already have. But it's only available through Sainte Ciel: Agape and there aren't many listings for it. My petition is for Gaia to make a stand alone scissor item, so people don't have to buy a multiple pose item for the one they want. If this is something that you would want, simply type "I sign". If you do not agree that we should have this item, please respectfully explain why you think so or just ignore this petition.

Addendum: There has been several suggestions about making a item similar to the Sainte Ciel scissors but not exactly like it. This being that it takes away less hair, so the item can keep it's present value (since most of it's value is due to the scissor pose). Or else a recolor of the Agape item.

Reason for closing...
The ever-knowing Gaia mods realized the popularity of the scissor item and brought another generation of Sainte Ciel: Agape. There are no plenty of listings for it. And while I was never really bothered by the price, it is nice that you can get it for much cheaper now. I can't say that this petition was helpful in bringing any sort of change, but it's purpose has been fulfilled regardless.

For people who can spare the 1.5mil, Sainte Ciel: Agape is just fine... But for other people who can't afford it or don't want the other poses in Sainte Ciel: Agape should get the opportunity to use the scissors pose without the price and without the other setbacks.

The only problem for me is that with the Agape already having the pose, and it being the main reason the item is so expensive, that would cause a lot of lash back from users that have already spent their gold on it.

Only flaw i see in this idea.
Even though i, myself would love it.
I'm pretty poor and i really like that pose on the Agape.

I know there are many people who want this item.
But there are only a certain amount of Sainte Ciel: Agapes.

Perhaps there should be an option in Salon Durem where you can get the hair cut shorter?

It would be cool if maybe they came out with a slightly longer one too.

Making one that goes slightly longer also might make it less of a fight with the users that spent a lot of gold on agape just for the scissors. Giving them a slightly different look so the items are different and agape wont lose its value.

Or Making a salon feature that cuts your hair for a additional X amount that has to be paid every time For a lot of users that would be annoyed by that would rather go with agape which is equipable but still gives poorer gaians a chance to have the benefits of the scissors with out putting out a ton of gold at one time. It might be a downside but again it wouldn't effect apape's value.

I suggest that instead of shortening the hair 100%, 50-75% of the hairstyle should be removed. smile

I don't think there should be another scissors item, because then Agape would lose value.
But, I do think that there should be a recolor of some sort with scissors in it or perhaps another item with scissors that cuts off less, that way it doesn't lose value and people who spent 1.2mill on Agape won't be P.O.'d about this cheaper item.
