Here you can find the order forms for common and limited Jellies, as well as the suggestion and affiliate forms. Please read through the instructions before posting any forms.
Ordering Instructions
01. Select which Jellies you would like to purchase.
02. Fill out the Common Order Form for Common Jelly Bears, and the Limited Order Form for Limited Jelly Bears.
03. Please use a separate order form for each Jelly Bear, unless you are ordering a set.
04. Please post all orders in the same post. If you need to edit something about your order, make a blank quote to me at the top of a new post, and post your new order.
05. Send the trade with the appropriate amount to me.
06. You will receive your Jelly Bears via PM when the trade is finalized.
07. Please save your Jelly Bears to your own server so that my bandwidth doesn't get raped.
08. Do not cancel the trade.
09. Do not quote yourself, PM me, or repost your order. I have a life outside of Gaia, and s**t happens.
Suggestion Instructions
01. Fill out the Suggestion Form.
02. Please use a separate form for each suggestion, even if you are suggesting a set.
03. Please post all suggestions in the same post.
04. Do not post a suggestion in the same post as an order.
05. Just because you suggest it, doesn't mean I'll make it.
06. If I like it, I may still not make it.
07. Do not quote yourself, PM me, or repost your suggestion. I have a life outside of Gaia, and s**t happens.
08. I reserve the right to not make your suggestion into a Jelly Bear.
Affiliation Instructions
01. Fill out the Application for Affiliation.
02. Please use a separate form for each affiliation.
03. Please post all Applications for Affiliation in the same post.
04. Do not post an Application for Affiliation in the same post as an order or suggestion.
05. Just because you request to be an affiliate, doesn't mean I'll make you one.
06. Do not quote yourself, PM me, or repost your application. I have a life outside of Gaia, and s**t happens.
08. You must have a button of either 88x31 pixels or 200x40 pixels. Any other sizes will be rejected.
09. I reserve the right to not accept your application.
